I purchased a product from them that broke instantly, now no one is responding to my emails regadring the issue. Attamped 4 times with no avail.

I purchased a product from them that broke upon the first use. Tried to contact them numerous times with no response. Finally I got a response and an email that didn't kick back. We'll see about the results. TBD...
