happy with my item overall most issues I am having are personal preference. joints are a little to stiff for my liking, similar issues that are with the manufacturer aibel not moprofun. They did an amazing job quick responding, accommodating customer service, and just going above and beyond. the only thing I would perfer they did is have more in-stock options for for simple things. I ended up drastically customizing my doll because I was already in for the pound as it were.
