If i could put 0 stars i would. Do not buy anything from Louvelli, complete and utter scam company.
Bought jeans 4 months ago, they will not give me a refund and expect me to pay another £11 for reshipment fee. Poor communication poor customer service poor everything!!

Absolutely terrible experience. I am extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered a yellow Scuffers hoodie and the quality was honestly awful. The sizing was completely wrong, the logo looked cheap and badly made, and the hoodie looked nothing like what I expected. It took 3 WEEKS to arrive, only for me to receive something I’m not even happy with. What makes it worse is that they don’t accept refunds, and despite emailing them about the issue, they haven’t even opened or responded to my emails. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I would definitely NOT recommend ordering from this company. They are a SCAM

Not even worth the 1 star ordered two jumpers one arrived with a stain on it and the other has not arrived even though it said delivered even worse customer service as I emailed had one reply to say sorry and send the prove of stain which I sent already this was two weeks ago I've emailed a few times In-between and had nothing back the biggest scam out there please do not order from this company save you losing money like I have

If I could give negative stars I would. Awful quality products. Awful customer service. Trying to say I have to pay to return a product that they sent to me already in a very damaged condition.

Absolutely awful, i stupidly spent £170 on this site and it took 6 months to arrive!! emailed back and forth constantly for updates and any progress, and the emails were absolutely ai response. The clothes are nothing like the pictures and awful quality, unfortunately I highly doubt i’ll get a refund. SCAM- DO NOT ORDER.

I bought the Maxi Carolina dress after seeing it advertised on tik tok. Come today and looks nothing like the photos or videos online. Very poor cheap quality. Not even the same colours! Could have got something nicer of Shein for much cheaper.

Takes weeks to come, shitty material, and shrinks like crazy after washing once.

I wore the pants one time and they shrunk so much after washing them I couldn’t wear them anymore. The clothes took almost a month to come. The whole thing is a scam.

This company is a scam, never received my order and have taken my money

Please please, do not buy from them. They are scammers. I ordered a hoodie and it was nothing like the pictures. They are using other companies/peoples pictures which do not match the product. It’s so bad. When I complained they offered me a 15% refund and said that I would have to pay to to return hoodie and that it would cost me to a lot to return because it need to be sent to Asia.

Ordered almost 3 weeks ago. Gave me a tracking number and when I tracked it there was no record of that number

Absolute scam. I ordered a pair of sandals, when they arrived, they looked nothing like the photos in the ad. Cheap garbage. Extortionate return policy, they are making the customer pay for the shipping back to Asia or you can get a 10% refund. Lesson learnt, avoid them like the plague.

Absolute garbage. Dress was not what was shown in the picture. Very cheap replica which was polyester not chiffon. Not even fit for the charity shop. Offered 10% discount or return back to china at my own expense! Nothing on website indicates this company was trading from china.

Please please please do not buy anything from this site…..the items are awful, poor quality material and neither the design or the colour looks like what is being sold on their site. Refused to cancel the order even though it was literally 10 mins after I ordered, then they have the cheek to make you spend more money sending their awful counterfeit items back to china, my 14 year old daughter, who is not fussy about what she wears, hates them -I wouldn’t put them in my dogs basket!!! Never again will I go near this site……if one person reads this and decides not to order, my job here is done!!!

I’m sharing my experience based on my involvement with Louvelli, both as someone who has contributed ideas and support regarding their products and as a party affected by their operations.

During my time engaging with the store, I actively provided input and helped improve product-related processes. However, there were issues regarding unpaid compensation that remained unresolved despite follow-ups.

On the customer side, the product received did not match what was shown on the website, which raises concerns about product accuracy and quality control. Additionally, there was no full refund provided, even when concerns were raised about the order.

I also noticed inconsistencies between the website presentation and external reviews, which makes it difficult for customers to fully trust the information being presented.

I believe the company would benefit from clearer communication, a more transparent refund policy, and better alignment between what is advertised and what is delivered.

Never ever buy from this company. They state that there return policy is 7 days. I advised that my items were if poor quality and not as advertised and they accepted my complaint asked for images that I sent immediately and on the day the parcel arriving. They said they were dealing with it and are now ignoring my emails . Quality poor and nit as advertised. You will not get your money back and poor quality . Do not shop with this company will take your money and nit return it . AVOID

Save yourself from our experience. Louvelli is a company that uses deceptive advertising to sell low-quality products and then uses a "Catch-22" returns policy to refuse refunds.
The site shows what looks like high-quality products, but instead we received items made of cheap, shiny material featuring shoddy workmanship and loose threads which don't even look close. Even the packaging is a mess, riddled with typos and misspelt words.
The "Impossible" Returns Policy - This is where they really get you. Louvelli’s policy states they only accept returns for products that are unopened and in original packaging. They actually told us to "thoroughly inspect" the order before opening the sealed packaging. How is anyone supposed to inspect the fabric quality, stitching, or fit of a garment without opening the bag? It's a logic trap designed to make sure that the moment you look at what you’ve bought, you lose your right to return it.
Do Not Buy! No reputable clothing company operates this way. They take your money, send you a "shameful" product that doesn't match the photos, and then hide behind "sanitary reasons" to deny a refund the second the plastic seal is broken. Save your money and stay far away from Louvelli.
