As we ship alcohol from our fulfilment centre to the UK, each order must first be approved by UK customs. Unfortunately, during the holiday period these approval documents can take longer than usual to be processed. This, combined with peak December shipping volumes, led to the delay in your order.
That said, we fully understand that clearer communication and more timely updates were expected from our side, and for that we apologise.
