I've ordered a few times with Lost Golf Balls and the balls have always been in the condition stated. They're mint Titleist Prov1s are my go to ball and for a fraction of the cost to buy new they are well worth it.

A must buy again experience
After reading some terrible reviews after buying off lostgolfballs I feared I had made a mistake. One month after ordering my balls have arrived. I ordered graded BBB srixon soft balls. They arnt even close to what I ordered. They are far better than what I was expecting.
I have never written a review before but after reading the negative ones I felt compelled to say buy of these guys and give a 5 star review.

We work really hard as a business to try to keep our grading quality, shipping speed and overall standards high so thanks again for taking the time to let us know you appreciate it. We actually have over 11,000 positive reviews on the Feefo platform which is an independent review platform which surveys our customers and orders. But for some reason those ones don't show up that much in search!!!
In regards to some of these negative reviews you mentioned, For one of them, very very very occasionally (like maybe 1 in 10,000 orders) there is an issue that prevents us shipping the item to certain locations. In those rare examples we can normally get around it by getting clarification from the customer and find a solution. I.E> think new sub-division or something like that where the addesses in the system are not 100% aligned. Anyway, we can normally work around it and that is what we tried to do with that customer, however this made him frustrated and he ASKED us to cancel his order and process a refund. Thus that is what we did - he then left the negative review due to this frustration. Another one of those reviews the customer's item was lost in transit which is very unfortunately. It did longer to get resolved however we ended up shipping him another lot of golf balls at no charge and from memory we also refunded his original payment. Then the third negative review actually we shipped the item the next business day and it was picked up from our warehouse but it may be that the customer did not see the tracking notification email which was sent. We are trying!!
So thanks again for taking the time and leaving this review we appreciate the good karma!
Based in NZ? Don't waste your time or money
Based on reviews here it seems this company has gone down hill massively.
In short, If you're in NZ don't bother. Despite their advertisement of Order by 3 same day dispatch. My order sat and wasn't even picked up for a week.
I ended up having to buy balls from the pro shop while waiting for my order to arrive and I'm still waiting on it 11 days later. If you cant service New Zealand, stop advertising that you do/ can.

To clarify, your order was shipped from our warehouse the day after you placed it. We do apologise if this was one day later that our standard and we have been ensuring all orders are shipped on time as a KPI. In regards to the transit time, most orders at the moment are being delivered very quickly considering the cost that we charge. Yes, we could have faster shipping, however it would add around $10 to an order your size. So it is a trade-off between as cheap as possible and a reasonable shipping speed. We may in future have an "express shipping" option however that will be significanlty more expensive due to the cost and weight of large shipments of golf balls. Australia Post lost my package, after I notified them and then followed it up with the post there was no resolution with Australia Post. They were kind enough to send me some replacements. Appreciate it.

Terrible customer service.
Golf balls got delivered to wrong address. They take a week or two to respond to emails. They said they would re-ship the order to the correct address or offer a refund, but then nothing again for weeks. Followed up with emails without a response. This has been on going now for 2 plus months.
Absolutely terrible customer service.

We have over 11,000 positive reviews and have been supplying golf balls since 2011 - we work incredibly hard to keep the standards of golf balls grading, shipping speed and overall customer experience high. We are happy to say in the vast majority of feedback we receive customers we get mainly 4 and 5 star reviews. That said, we want to acknowledge you did not receive and great customer experience and have taken steps to improve this including attempting to respond to all customer service enquiries that day they are received. In your instance, your shipment was delivered to an incorrect address and ultimately deemed lost in transit. We started an enquiry with the post provider however didn't hear anything back for an extended period. In the end we did refund your payment and (from memory) re-shipped your order to you as well so you came out well ahead.
Again we do apologise and we wish you all the best moving forward.

Hi Johann, we are very sorry you were unhappy with our service. We have been in business since 2011 and have over 10,000 positive reviews. Your experience was not usual and not caused by us. We use a shipping software provided by New Zealand Post to ship orders to New Zealand. This software had a problem with your address and could not "validate" the address. So we simply asked you for clarification with a polite email. When we had continued issues (which were due to New Zealand Post's software...not us) you then seemingly became very frustrad and advised us to process a refund for your order - which we did. Great Value purchase
Purchased balls from this company and they were above expectations.
I may never buy new balls again. The only letdown was that they were delivered by AusPost and they screwed up the delivery and the balls ended up in Perth, not NSW. Having said that, LostBalls gave me refund on postage, even though it wasn't their fault.
However, this is no reflection on "LostBalls"....except they were.
Great company to deal with

If you want the higher quality we suggest selecting those and then going through the checkout process. These guys are great
These guys are great. A wide variety of makes and quality. I stick with the AAAAA standard which (for me) is indistinguishable from a new ball.
The website is easy to navigate and always prompt delivery with some bonus tees that never go astray.

I am a new customer and after watching…
I am a new customer and after watching a review on UTube comparing refurbished/refinished golf balls against new ones I decided to order some.
Just received 50 Pro V1X Titleist and couldn't wait to play a round to check them out. Great Value for the price. Took a few days to get to NZ but that's okay. Balls were the refinished version. Absolutely brilliant. Played the whole round with the same ball. Great off the tee and stopped good on the greens. Beautiful to put with.Looked brand new. I could probably play another round with the same ball.I was blown away as I thought the ball would cut up. Little did i know. Well done Lost Golf Balls. Your advertising is backed up by a super product.

When Only the Best will Do....
All I can say is This Company is amazing.... Super fast delivery and exceptional quality. I ordered a heap of Pro V1's in refurbished and AAA grade. The refurbished balls looked exactly the same as the brand new ones i had here and played the same aswell, very happy with these and cheaper than buying new. The AAA grade balls looked like brand new apart from some having a few very faint markings on them. One very happy customer here and i will be telling everyone about Lost Golf Balls.

I bought some golf balls at a great price - this business is a really good idea. I had some questions and was able to speak directly with Steve who runs the business. He was very helpful and is getting me some particular balls I requested.

Have now received my golf balls - delivered in Sydney the day after being shipped. Ordered the near-mint Titleist Pro-V1X and all are in great condition.
