Lords & Labradors Arvostelua

Excellent quality and great looking item with super fast delivery! Highly recommended. Many thanks.

If you require an exhange good luck, as i have tried emailing and contacting them on their whatsapp and have had no reply. There quick to send out orders but when you require anything else their customer service is terrible.

Incredibly disappointed with the communication provided by L+L for returning faulty items. Considering the price of the playpen, £114.00 I was not expecting an item which had clearly not had an adequate safe pet paint spray applied. There are black scuff marks on the majority of the panels, the gate locks have rust residue on them and absence of paint. I've been trying to return this item for 3 days! At no point during purchase did it say a return costs the sender money. Nor that a refund is not automatically authorised.
Emailing the company daily for a return update which was promised 48 hours ago, I've heard nothing!
I purchased this believing I was purchasing a quality British made item from an independent British company. I'm now out of pocket significantly, and had to rush around trying to get a play pen hours before collecting my puppy when I had originally purchased this silver play pen in plenty of time ahead of her arrival home.
I wouldn't recommend buying from Lords and labradors. I'll stick with a well known animal store or online retailer in future.

Very securely packaged, as described, great quality. Our dog loves it. Thanks

Excellent product and amazing service.

Thank you!

Returned a £54 dog collar for an exchange and only after reaching out and enquiring about my return, I got a partial refund on the item and realised I got charged £15.
Very disappointing experience.
Won’t be buying from them again.

Wonderful project, would recommend the quality is amazing

Regular updates on delivery and responded promptly to emails. Quality of products is excellent. I have one very happy comfy pup in his new crate with beautiful cover, bed and blankets. Will order from this company again.

Product is excellent. Confidence dropped a bit when I realised it was being sent by Evri though

The Travel Dog Bed is brilliant it folds up easily it moves around well and the delivery service was informative.

Very quick delivery and lovely dog beds. Super response when I mentioned that my discount code hadn't worked, it was sorted and refunded straight away. Thank you.

Timings and communication all great. Quality of dog bed is beautiful. My Italian greyhound is a very happy chap!

Very pleased with crate, crate cover, puppy crate bed and pen.

Said 2 day delivery I ordered on 18th May and it still hasn’t been delivered

Great product well priced quick delivery

Really good quality cat tree, great price and the cats and dogs love it 😻

Although delivery was fast the item caused an allergic reaction and I tried to get hold of someone to tell me what it was made of no one answered my email. Then I tried the WhatsApp again no response for a few days. Since then I have tried to contact them regarding several different things I would like to purchase and as yet nearly a week and no answer on either email or WhatsApp so very poor on communication. Not what I expected as my first experience with this company was very good.

great website and lovely items for a puppy

I would have given 5 stars but sadly I paid for next day and didn’t receive till 6 days later….quality of the product was absolutely lovely.
