Absolute scam! Ordered 3 large brush sets and nothing opening a dispute with the bank although they told me it can take 2 months and may not get my money back!! These people need to be in prison absolute scum!!!!

If I could I would give this 0 stars I paid £19.99 for the brush set for my sisters 10th birthday she was so excited but it never came and now Im fuming also after I purchased this a website I’ve never heard of quicklearnx took £25 out my bank account I don’t know if this is linked but I’ve been scammed twice now makes me scared to order anything else again.

Stupidly ordered Christmas present as found on TikTok, received a fake tracking number and no communication when I enquired. Luckily I disputed with my bank and got money back. AVOID!

vraiment très dessus tout est faux je me suis fait arnaquer ainsi que plusieurs personne plus que 1mois que j’attend ma commande et qd je tape le numéro de commande il ne trouve pas ma commande.!!! j’avais vue la pub sur tiktok je me suis laisser tenter au final 30€ dans le vide signaler ce compte tiktok ainsi que le site loovia paris !!!

I wanted to buy an amazing set of brushes from this store which I seen on TikTok, I seen that they had advertised they had a 4.9 o Trustpilot when I scrolled the photos, I always check and this site has nothing, red flags for me and I stopped my purchase right away, a website claiming reviews hoping you are dumb enough to fall for it and even on TikTok I struggled to find real user reviews just really lets me down. I am writing this because I don’t want anyone to be out of pocket when everything is getting tougher but also I do not like being mislead by anything or anyone, I just did my homework and made my own mind up, I can not comment on product, customer service, care or reveiws simply because i was being sold lies before I even purchased, I hope someone will appreciate that, if you don’t mind taking the chance in a dodgy ad, I hope it all goes well, I mean that, I have just lived and learnt
