Terrible company no tracking number once shipped have sent email after email and had no reply and still not recieved my order absolute scam website AVOID !!

Do not buy from this place. It is a scam. I have emailed them multiple times. I have to start a fraud investigation with my bank and the police because they are not refunding and have not sent anything.

Would give this zero stars!! Took over a month to arrive. Tracking was none existent! When it did eventually come it was damaged and jewels were missing. The quality was bad not what the photos or video showed!! Definitely avoid! Not worth the cost. Also contacted them for a refund and information to return but had no response!!

It is a scam, I’ve ordered a dress and it never arrived, you can’t contact them other than via an email(which I did twice and they never got back). Also, you can’t leave a review directly on their website.

DO NOT USE - NO RESPONSE TO RETURN FAULTY HOODIE. Ordered tracksuit and hoodie in Men’s medium, it took 2+ weeks for the tracksuit arrive which is more like a child’s size and really bad quality. I immediately want to return it, they had me wait for the hoodie delivery. When the hoodie arrived with half of the bottom seam unfinished (as in flap gapping open and unsown) I asked for a return label and full refund. Two weeks later I am still messaging them with no reply to any of my messages - they were good at emailing me about the order when I got in touch asking when it would be delivered so I know they are blanking me now. I regret ordering with them and not checking them out on this website, they looked so legit and I fell for the shop photo on their website just assumed it was their shop! DO NOT USE SCAMMERS

Minus 5 star, this is a company run from the Netherlands via China products made in China, that's why there's no uk number it doesn't operate from a UK base.
Do not send money or shop with these thieves,we have tried numerous times to get a response by their email ,absolutely nothing coming back ,I urge everyone Do not contemplate using looved london, they are a scam. No come back.AGAIN DO NOT ENTER ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SHYSTER COMPANY. we are contacting legal people to take it down.

Do not use this company SCAMMERS!!!! ordered 2 tracksuits received 1pair of trousers that would fit a 10 year old supposed to be medium man.

Ordered the denim tears hoody for my son. Long wait for delivery. However customer service were in touch throughout to reassure. When it finally arrived he was very happy with the quality and fit.
Lots of negative reviews here but please do not be put off. People just like a good moan

Awful company. AVOID. Jumper nothing like the ad - different colour, size and material and wouldn’t accept returns. Just offer 25% on next order.

Not a uk company although advertised on instagram as such. Spent £70 on denim tears hoodie and sweatpants. Photos show jersey material. Tiny nylon tracksuit arrived with ironed on transfers some hanging off. Site claims money back guarantee, this is a lie. Only offers 25% discount on another order - as if I’d order another rubbish item again. Takes over a month in shipping as it comes from china.
