Consigliato!

Easy to place an order, taxes should be included in the presented price
Easy to place an order. The product was accurately described. The quality of the product is great. The shipping time is a little bit slow. Finally, regarding price you must include the taxes and not to present them just before payment.

Prices good, delivery average.
Prices were good. It does seem the glasses looked in stock but they we almost like on dropship whereby upon order, they then ordered them with the supplier to be delivered into Italy before being shipped to Australia. Had they been in stock, I’m sure the delivery time would have been cut in half. But product arrived as described & no damage so no complaints there. Would I order again? Yes, just being aware on potentially no stock & longer lead times as a result.

Estimado Guillermo,

We take accusations like this very seriously. However, we are unable to find any order under the name “Ben” in our system, nor do we have any record of emails from you.
We also note that your profile shows multiple 1-star reviews accusing several other well-established companies of being “scammers,” which makes it difficult to understand the legitimacy of this specific claim.
LookerOnline is an established business. We respond to customer emails daily and provide written support to ensure traceability and accuracy.
If you have genuinely placed an order with us, we invite you to contact us at support@lookeronline.com
with your order number and full name so we can properly investigate and assist.
Without verifiable order details, we cannot confirm the situation described.
We remain available to resolve any legitimate issue promptly and professionally.

Cordialement,
L’équipe LookerOnline
Everything perfect!!
