Good service, below average communications.
Bought a jacket which was too small for me. I sent it back and received a refund reasonably promptly. I'm leaving 4 stars because communication could have been better.. acknowledgement of receipt of the return and statement of intent to process a refund.

Hi Carol, we're sorry we were requesting reviews from you before the item was received. This is automated from Trustpilot and sometimes this can happen before the delivery is made. In this instance shipping to NZ from London unfortunately did take a little longer than usual, we apologise for this.
Lack of details
Lack of details, goods promoted as available online and were not in stock. Rech out to them multiple times.
