Excellent service from the North Greenwich stall. Professional and efficient servers, highly commended. The mini cupcakes were a hit at work, too. Just wish they delivered!

excellent dairy free, gluten free chocolate cake
Very convenient to pick up the cake at my tube station Lola outlet. Unbelievable how delicious the cake was- could not believe it was dairy free and gluten free. The raspberries balanced the richness of the cake. Service was excellent and very easy to order from the website.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you found our staff nice and helpful.
However, we're truly sorry to hear that the chocolate cake you received did not meet your expectations in terms of moisture and texture, especially since it was meant to be a fudge chocolate cake. Ensuring the highest quality and taste in our products is incredibly important to us, and we regret any disappointment caused.
Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will certainly review our recipe and quality control processes to address any issues with consistency in our cakes.
We appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to improve. If there's anything else we can do to assist you or if you have any further feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at hello@lolascupcakes.com
Warm regards,
Macy
