Vastaus yritykseltä Lola's - Lola's North Greenwich

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your cake.

I can assure you that all of our products are freshly made for the date of delivery.

We do advise to store our cakes in the fridge and to take them out at least 2-3 hours before serving to ensure they have enough time to soften up.

I will be sure to log your comments and pass the feedback onto the relevant teams for further review.

If you do wish to discuss this further, please feel free to email us on hello@lolascupcakes.com.

Best wishes,
Marta

Amazing

Amazing!
We bought two cakes for our sons birthdays! They were both amazing and a real success. We loved the fact that the cakes were exactly as advertised, with nice designs and great taste.

Very convenient way of acquiring a birthday cake for a party!

This was a great solution for acquiring a birthday cake for our child’s birthday party, in the O2 on Greenwich peninsula. The ordering process was easy, and there were a range of tasty cakes to choose from. We could order online a few days in advance and then collect it on the day from the Lola’s kiosk at North Greenwich station. This was a much better option for us, than getting a shop bought cake (or making a home made one) and then travelling with it, in the Jubilee Line, to North Greenwich. The Lola’s Kiosk is less than 5 minutes walk from the O2. The cake was a nice size and good value for money. It tasted incredible. I usually don’t eat cakes, due to my fitness regime, but couldn’t resist a slice! We went for the chocolate fudge cake which we were able to order, with our child’s name on.

Served the wrong cupcake

The cupcake are nice but I was given a different flavour from what I ordered, which I only discovered when I came home and opened the box.
