Poor quality proofs with no resemblance to my pet. Company refused a full refund insisting they deduct £10 for the artwork which a child could have done. I would avoid these frauds at all costs.

5 star! We love Lola Loves 💕
All the products we have received from Lola Loves are amazing! Such high quality and amazing designs. We love supporting this small business and will continue to do so. They cater for the smallest of dogs with their harnesses. We have a 2.7kg chihuahua and have found it difficult to find harnesses that fit, and these fit perfectly. Would recommend to anyone 🥰

Wonderful products
Products are amazing!
The only thing I disliked was having to pay a duty fee (customer from EU), which can be avoided.

Vastaus yritykseltä Lola Loves UK
Hi Dominika, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! I am so glad that you like the products that you recieved.
Unfortunately, in regards to the duty fee that you had to pay when the products arrived in your country, this is completely out of our control. The amount of duty tax that is owed is based off the amount paid on your invoice and as stated in our terms and conditions, customs clearance and taxes are the customers responsibilty and we can not be held accountable for these as they are not included within our postage fees, hope this clears up any misunderstanding.
