As a CQC rated Outstanding provider, we have had a very positive experience using Log My Care. The platform has helped us maintain a safe and efficient working and care delivery environment, with clear and accessible records that support day to day care and align well with CQC expectations.

While we have primarily used the eMAR features, this has been particularly effective in ensuring accuracy, accountability, and ease of use for our care team. The system has streamlined our processes and contributed to safer medication management overall.

The Log My Care team have also been seamless and easy to deal with responsive whenever needed.

An easy to set up, transparent and straightforward platform, we would recommend Log My Care.

LogMyCare have been very supportive and helpful to us throughout our time of being a customer. They are very knowledgeable and always open to new ideas from customers too. Great company, would highly recommend!

Utterly outrageous customer service. No-one calls, no-one writes, no-one cares. Funds taken from my account after subscription cancelled. No communication whatsoever with anyone from LOGMYCARE. Pricing structure is incredibly difficult to understand. You cannot speak with anyone on the phone, emails are ignored and remain unanswered. TERRIBLE.

New to the company and got over charged. Got sent an invoice after I had cancelled my subscription. Invoice did not even explain what charges were for and after sending them like 10 emails complaining and reporting them to my bank I eventually got it refunded. There was no clear complaints policy or a named department to deal with my queries. Was told emails were being forwarded to Billings or simply ignored. Tried to communicate with someone called Adam who too ignored my emails. Their app is good but personal communication and customer care very poor.
