Logbook Money Arvostelua

Good team , when I've needed help they always provide a professional service over the phone, friendly and polite.. take my hat off to this company 10/10 in my opinion .. great job !

Nice and easy, quick payment, very helpful staff 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Start to finish they have been great Leo has always been great until the female started to call for payment and she was cheeky and nasty, I have used this company for 2 years and always found them helpful but will not be using again

Log Book Money was very efficient pleasant and helpful would recommend to anyone that needs help

Very easy and satisfied with the help etc I received

Really happy with level of service I have got from these guys.

The process was straightforward.
I will recommend your company to friends and family.

Brilliant communication, Rob explained the process and then terms very professionally. Passed over to Dave who came to finalise my details on my door step with in a matter of hours. Coleen was very friendly, professional and efficient when finalising my loan. Exactly what I needed considering my circumstances! Great team thanks

Andrew Gardiner and Leo between them are absolutely disgusting characters. Andrew who is the MD laughed down the phone at me when I explained the reason I was behind my payments was a death in the family and my mental health. Leo threatened me on a recorded phone line also.
Stay away from these people, I am taking this to an ombudsman, the FCA & Trading Standards because companies like this shouldn’t exist.
Don’t be fooled by the niceness at the start, that all changes when you sign the dotted line.

UPDATE: Paul from the complaints department. Very difficult to deal with also. Having to chase a subject access request with little joy.

Everything simple and easy from start to finish

Customer service was top notch during the loan process. I unfortunately hit financial difficulty and the companies true colours and morals were shown. Absolutely no help, just pressure to make repayments. They then came and took my vehicle without any notice with all my belongings in, and even sent my vehicle to auction with all of my personal items in. I am still fighting to get my work tools and personal items returned one year on and it is now in the hands of the ombudsman. Their management team are arrogant and entitled, with absolutely no people skills. Not a good word to say about these thieves.

Very friendly staff, quick and straight forward service.

Needed help with Christmas this year so contact log book money.the staff were very friendly and helpful .I got paid out very quickly too .

Seriously do not use this company, they are the definition of money sharks. If you're desperate for funds, don't use them. You will be worse off when using them. Their business is based on one thing... taking advantage of people at their most vulnerable, whether it's through their own mistakes or misfortune. The owner (AG) owns sports cars, goes on lavish holidays and all at the expense of the customers he serves. Find a good review written from a customer that hasn't been written straight after them approving funds. There won't be many. From the bottom of my heart, if you are an employee there, I realise that maybe it's just a job for you, or may be even you don't care, but this business is the sewer of all business types. If you can't recommend using this place to your nearest and dearest then how can you work at a place like this. Please please don't use them, please please don't work there, please please just think before you apply. Please please the owner, you've built a business on the back of people's vulnerabilities, do yourself a favour and use the money you've earnt to go and do something good for society
