I am hoping to resolve this directly with Lofty CRM. I signed up based on the understanding that texting would be unlimited and that I would not be billed until the feature was fully functional.

Unfortunately, after approximately 4 months, texting was still not properly set up despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. During that time, I was billed even though the service was not working as described.

When I chose to cancel due to the lack of resolution, I was still held responsible for additional contract charges.

I would appreciate the opportunity to have this reviewed and corrected, including reconsideration of the charges given that the core service was never fully operational. I am open to resolving this directly and would welcome contact from your team.

I have a very large loft, we decided to do half for now which is what we could afford. The team arrived punctual, very polite and considerate about my property. This is the second time I have used lofty solutions last year they installed loft ladders. Definately value for money, would definitely recommend them.

Stay away from this company, after they get your setup fee of 399, they literally throw you to the wolves ,There is no customer service, There is absolutely no one to help you, They expect you to build your own website and do everything on your own, they won't even answer your calls after you pay that 399 As far as you can, They will literally cost you valuable time

Please be Aware, this company LOFTY will tell you that they will Provide Quality Support and Service when you pay $399 Up Front to get Started with Lofty's Online Real Estate Website and CRM with AI Support, BUT Please do NOT Believe them. I had a Horrible Experience with the Lofty Company management and Support team when I paid Over $800 for the CRM and Real Estate Website Combo and then I Never got 1 Phone call from the Support Team to help me set everything up. When I finally got someone to speak with me, they said that I was Expected to set everything up Myself with Online documents that are SUPPOSED TO Help me Understand Everything. If you don't have a LOT of Technical Experience RUN FAR AWAY from this Company. I then Started Getting these Annoying ADVERTISEMENTS every time that I would Log In to my PAID Account, I had to Click Out of the Advertisements that they were wanting me to Get My Broker to come Onboard with them to Make MORE MONEY from My Real Estate Agency even though I had ALREADY PAID for the Services. They told me that they would get those ADVERTISEMENTS Removed, but After 3 weeks of Seeing the Advertisements EVERY TIME that I Logged in to my Paid Account, they STILL Had Not gotten them removed even though they SAID THEY DID! Lastly, I told them I was extremely unhappy and wanted to cancel this Subscription because I could Not get the Support and Help that was PROMISED when I Signed up, and I Never even got a Return Phone Call back. I went online and Submitted a Ticket to CANCEL My Plan and I received an EMAIL back from them that Stated I could NOT, because I had Committe to a 6 Month Contract. BUYER BEWARE! Any Company that will Make you Sign a Contract and then they do NOT Deliver the goods that they Promised is a SCAM. So I have a Dispute with My Discover Card right Now Charging them Back for the Fraud that they are committing. I will UPDATE as soon as I know something more, so that hopefully they will Not be able to Keep doing this same thing to other Real Estate Agents who are working hard to keep the money they are Earning. Hele slechte klantenservice. Diverse mails gestuurd over beschadigde bestelling maar krijg geen antwoord. Telefonisch proberen te bereiken en wordt gewoon niet opgenomen. Wil product retour sturen omdat het beschadigd is en ik daarvoor geen €6,20 wil betalen. Geen contact mee te krijgen.

Lofyt is the absolute worst. They are used car salesmen but worse. They wow you and present this awesome AI. Then every little thing you want to do from getting phone numbers to call/text leads to lead gen is extra cost this extra cost that. Much better to go with a follow up boss add some integration for the lead gen much cheaper much better much more efficient better customer service better user interface quicker set up and easier to use. Oh, not to mention if you’re trying to get a local area code phone number good luck they told me they were out of local area code numbers and wanted to give me one in a city that was two hours away from where I live. I’ve since then joined follow up boss immediately there was multiples of numbers in my area code.

Yes, lofty.ai and lofty.com are the same company. Lofty.com is the main website for the real estate technology company, and the "Lofty AI" part refers to their AI-powered tools and features offered within the platform, according to a news article from Lofty. Lofty AI, Inc. is the official company name.
Essentially, Lofty.com is the overall brand, and Lofty AI is the name given to their suite of AI-driven tools and services within that platform, according to Lofty.

Terrible company. Ordered a 18 got a size 4.ordered grey got orange. They do not respond to emails, automated answers DO NOT Use a this company, BEWARE

The listing shows this as an art supply store (maybe at one point), but Lofty.com is the old Chime.me real estate CRM. Not only did they sell me a team contract (I'm a solo agent), they refused to refund me the difference when it was discovered BY THEM. The system is lacking and the sales people oversell the abilities. I was paying $400 a month and told "well, it doesn't quite work that way, try this work around." For $400 a month, I'm not building out a workaround on a website. They lock you into a contract and you're stuck. Customer service takes days to weeks to reply to issues. $1147 paid today to get out of them, after a month of run around on why I couldn't get a refund on what I was overcharged. They won't give you the email address to the person handling your account. He calls at 9 pm on a SATURDAY to discuss. Then again at 7 pm on a Monday. You have no way to contact them. Then they acknowledge the issue but "I can't do anything about it." I finally gave up. I'll take it up with my credit card.

This company told me they could do everything I asked for but literally could not. I told them then I wanted to cancel. Fast Forward to 6 months to when my contract was supposed to be over and they automatically renewed my contract for another 12 months at $500.00 per month and literally never used the service to date..

I ordered medium shirts. They were huge and misshapen. The material was awful. The product was nothing like what was shown in the picture. Company is based in China so shirts took 3 weeks to arrive. I tried to send them back but they were rejected by Chinese customs. What a scam! Live and learn.

Item was made of cheap polyester material it was very shiny and thin also very poorly made and looked no where near as nice as the item I bought,and certainly is not made out of high quality material as described.

Bought a size small shirt from this site.

1) the item was XXXL
2) Material was nothing as per picture ( obvoiusly filtered)
3) some alternative cheap material, looks like it was quickly sown together. Probably bought fir a few quid and sell form 20 x the price!!!!
Not sure how these companies can get away with this. They also trade under loads of other names. Buy at your own peril.

Just got ripped off, scam pictures of lovely shirts, when you receive a completely different poor quality shirt, they will offer you partial refund for you to keep the shirt.. not worth bothering with, do not trust them…

This is a very dubious company. They advertise hair growth oil but they don’t sell it. I bought hair oil and they said the money I paid for the oil is for registration. Please have nothing to do with them

This company set me up on a subscription of £24.99 which I am not aware of, just because I ordered an item of £6.99 from their website, which I never got. They are scammers and it is a shame!
They ain't getting that money as I have cancelled the subscription with my bank.

Lofty seems to be falling apart.

Unfortunately, I signed up for lofty with the expectation that they will offer everything that the sales person told me they would. When I was not satisfied after the first couple of weeks it seemed to get worse. My expressing my dissatisfaction only led to them becoming less willing to help are evasive of my attempts to contact them for support.

I never received a response from their support team despite multiple attempts to contact. The person who was supposed to be assigned to my account wasn't responding to media email but then started texting me through multiple different and random numbers.

Finally, after asking for cancellation multiple times, I was threatened with the "you signed a one year contract that is legally binding" despite their inadequacies in making any effort to help me actually use the database.

Unfortunately, lofty has required me to contact my attorney to move forward with a solution that doesn't include my dumping thousands of dollars into a system that doesn't work.

I would highly recommend against this company and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend that anyone currently using it to RUN
