Smooth rental process
The rental process was very smooth and straightforward. When we arrived at Treviso Airport, we only had to wait a few minutes since the office opens at 8:00 AM.
Once it opened, the Locauto representative assisted us with all the necessary paperwork. After everything was completed, we headed to the parking area to collect our vehicle.
Although we had reserved a VW Polo, we were provided with a Peugeot 208 instead. The car was clean, comfortable, and performed very well throughout our trip, helping us explore part of the beautiful Dolomites.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. We were very satisfied with the service and would definitely choose Locauto again on our next visit to Italy.
Also, no additional fees or unexpected charges were requested.

I rented 4-5 times already, and always had a great experience. I was very sceptical due to some reviews, but never had issues. All the cars were new (which is not something i like, but they are safe).
