Car rent issues
First when I rented the car, the men who did my paperwork was sure that I will scratch the car, even when I told him that I am a good driver.
Later in a busy intersection the car brakes didn’t worked so I was forced to stop and check it. Nothing was broken, after that they worked perfect.
Also on the car screen kept appearing a “take a break” message after just 1 h of driving.
Overall was a good experience but not the greatest.

Dear Narcisa, thank you for your review.
We sincerely apologize that your experience with us was not completely satisfactory, and we would like to clarify a few points regarding what happened.
We are sorry if the initial interaction left you with an unpleasant feeling. Our colleague did not intend in any way to question your driving skills. Our staff is required to always explain our coverage and vehicle protection options to all customers, simply to ensure peace of mind during the rental. We are truly sorry that this moment was perceived as an insinuation.
We are also very sorry for the moment of anxiety caused by the temporary issue with the brakes at the intersection. We are glad that everything was quickly resolved for the best and that the car performed perfectly afterward.
Regarding the "Take a break" message that appeared on the screen after just an hour of driving, we would like to reassure you: this is an automatic safety system installed directly by the car manufacturer.
Thank you for describing the overall experience as good despite everything, and we will certainly use your feedback to further improve our service.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future to provide you with a flawless experience.
Elisa

Elisa

The car was brand new and the guy that we left the car at the airport of Catania was really kind and helpful. He also could speak English which was really helpful for us.We felt a little uncomfortable with the men that we received the car because he was trying to sell us their insurance despite the fact that we had already bought an insurance from booking.
