The paperwork process before receiving the vehicle needs improvement.
Before I received the vehicle, during the paperwork process, I would have appreciated it if you had printed out the contract details and clearly explained that I had properly purchased full coverage insurance. However, there was no such explanation, and the documents were not printed out separately for me.
Other than that, the condition of the vehicle was very good.

All contract details and agreements are sent directly via email rather than printed at the desk.

Cero empatía con el cliente, por carreteras colapsados de transito lo entregamos 50 min más tarde de la hora de entrega y me cobraron un día completo...Espero Lena esto y reconsideren el caso y me devuelvan los 100 euros que me cobraron de más.

Once this grace period is exceeded, our system automatically calculates an additional full rental day. Locauto helped us out with renting a car right away (we had problems with our pre-reservation with another company so it was cancelled). Since it was last minute the prices were a little higher than expected but the car was of high gamme and it was impeccable, so it was worth the plus fee. And I would like to thank the madame at the help desk who was super nice and helped us find a car last minute (So sorry I didnt get her name). Without Locauto we wouldn’t have been able to begin our Italy trip in the first place 🥹
We also had a train right after drop off and there was traffic so we were running late. David helped us with the check out rapidly so we could catch our train. Thank you so much !
