Grazie! Felici di sapere che la tua esperienza è stata da cinque stelle! Alla prossima, Angelo
Friendly staff
Friendly staff. Easy to get the car out of the Firenze ztl -- 3 left and gone. It was difficult to fine the parking lot for drop off in Palermo. I know that I went through a tollpass lane in errore and tried to pay several times on the autostrada with zero luck and when I dropped off the car. Will have to wait and see what the charge is.

Dear Arturo, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are glad to hear that, apart from this issue, your overall experience with the vehicle was very positive.
Please note that the fuel level verification is conducted exclusively by checking the dashboard indicator (the fuel bars or needle), which reflects the actual physical quantity of fuel in the tank. The range estimation in kilometers provided by the trip computer is not a fixed or objective measurement, as it is constantly recalculated based on recent driving style and route conditions.
We sincerely apologize if there was any lack of clarity in the explanation provided at pick-up or return.
We hope to welcome you back for a much better experience next time.
Elisa

The service was excellent
The service was excellent, starting right at the reception desk, where the young woman’s assistance was wonderful; she explained everything clearly and answered the few questions we had. The car was impeccable—practically new. The excellent service and helpful attitude of the person who handed over the car are also worth highlighting.
