Bonjour, J'ai souscrit à ce service pour localiser un téléphone. Ils disent sur leur site que si vous n'êtes pas satisfait, il suffit de résilier l'abonnement dans les 24h et ils ne vont pas prélever l'abonnement mensuel. C'est faux ! Le service ne marche pas et lorsque j'ai annulé mon abonnement d'essai le même jour, leur système m'a envoyé un mail pour "confirmer" que mon abonnement avait bien été annulé et que je ne serais pas prélevé. Encore FAUX ! Le lendemain j'ai constaté qu'ils s'étaient servis dans mon compte !!!!! J'ai écrit n fois pour me plaindre : rien à faire ! Ils ne répondent pas. J'ai été obligé de bloquer ma carte.

Mi experiencia con Localice Mobi ha sido positiva respecto a los comentarios que he leido. Yo utilice esta app desde Rastrear Celular Ya que ofrecen el servicio gratis (solo si te registras por primera vez). Utilice la herramienta para rastrear un celular en Mexico y otro en España y funcionó.

It is a SCAM! Don't fall for it

Didn't work, no SMS sent and I tried 3 separate numbers. Their customer service is inexistent, mail box full...

Good thing I saw these reviews, just called my bank and blocked my card. Bit of a hassle but at least I won't get charged the monthly.

They scumed me too. If you dont want to loose your money dont use their website or anything like their website.

Someone needs to shut their website. Despite of several people complaining of scam, the website is still running and continues to scam. I have the same problem as other people has mentioned. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Major scam. Sign on for trial and they start taking money from you on a monthly basis. You send numerous emails and no replies and no one answers the calls. It's a fraudulent company. No way to cancel the subscription and zero acknowledgement or responses.

UPDATE : After multiple emails, Localize.mobi only contacted/replied to me after I wrote this review. They told me they would refund me if I reverted my review to positive and recommend their service!

Would give zero if I could scamm alert takes 39.80£ from your account and do nothing not even showing your phone location. For a day 24h trial you pay 39.80£ and you are signing up for 12 months paying every month for nothing 39.80£ I am from UK, but I see here customets all over the world who knows how many people were affected in total.

Caution people! Not only did I get scammed for +R850, I also did not get the help needed in the 1 day, AND DESPITE ME CANCELLING WITHIN a day! This company cheated me. They have these policies which you must never sign up! Have they no conscious!? The do not help me and take away a big chunk of money within 24 hours!!!! Be careful guys! This is a SCAM!!!

DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR PAYMENT INFO - This is a total SCAM,Hopefully you are reading this BEFORE you give out that info. If too late, it is going to be a hassle get out of these charges but read on. They cannot and do not provide info on the location of any phone. They just want you payment info so they can run up subscription charges of $50 before you even get a chance to cancel. They use the banking systems that can take up to 5 days to record a 'Pending' charge of a small amount ($0.8 in my case) but then, in small print, will charge your card about $50 after just 24 hours. Unless, you check every hour or at least daily, you might overlook or forget to dispute this in time and its free money to these scammers.
They use testimony that is totally false about finding lost phones but their procedure is to send a text message to the phone you are trying to locate and once that phone answers AND ACCEPTS being tracked, they claim they can trace but I put in a phone number to a separate phone right next to me and they claim a text message was sent and it would only take 2 minutes to receive. NEVER HAPPENED.
They don't answer their chat line, they don't send you a confirming email, no communication. I got Capital One VISA to give me a phone number in Australia +61-480046450 that just had a non-descript answering service. Will keep calling that number because it appears they have given one sucker back half the $50 charge because he 'begged'.
I am going to file a complaint with Capital One that they and all banks should be able to block future subscription charges before they happen rather than after it happens.
Technically, here is how to cancel the trial, once they continue the SCAM and take you to your account page with various items, click on you account icon in upper right hand corner, a drop down box will show 'Log out' or 'Account'. Click on 'Account' and an option to 'Cancel Subscription' will appear BUT when you confirm that you want to 'Cancel' NOTHING happens. - it's just a continuation of their SCAM. Tried it on both laptop and mobile phone - the one that NEVER got an SMS from these SCAMMERS.
According to 'Trustpilot', an email for them is cannot include it here but will see if it works, but doubt it. Yep, FAKE contact email they gave to Trustpilot as well, came back as "User unknown" - Hopefully somebody from Trustpilot reads these as well so they know they are ALSO being SCAMMED.

Wir wurden in Zanzibar ausgeraubt und mein Telefon wurde gestohlen. Aus Verzweiflung versuchte ich alles mögliche um mein Telefon zu finden, somit landete ich auf dieser Seite. Ich habe mich angemeldet und auch bezahlt für eine einmalige Benützung. Leider wurde wie vieles direkt auf ein Abonnement umgewandelt. Da ich leider keinen zugriff auf Internet hatte, habe ich das sehr spät gesehen und konnte mich nicht frühzeitig abmelden. Ich fragte bei der Company nach ob es möglich währe mein Geld rückerstattet zu erhalten da es ein Notfall war und ich längere Zeit keinen zugriff zum Internet hatte - nach langem hin und her und mit einwenig Hartnäckigkeit haben sie mir dan die hälfte zurück erstattet.

Auch wurde mein Telefon das mir gestohlen wurde und auch meiner Kollegin ihr Telefon das aber bei uns war am fast gleichen Ort angezeigt ( Wir waren in Zanzibar und es zeigte uns beide Telefone in Dar es Salaam an).

I did the .69 pence trial only to have them attempt THREE TIMES TODAY to take £39.80 out of my account without my permission.
Luckily my bank contacted me. I said it was fraud and they cancelled my card.
I tried to call localize.mobi and surprise surprise no one answers!! SCAM

The company gave a location in Brazil for a phone in Africa.
They are scammers. You are supposed to unsubscribe within 24 hours after the trail commence. I did unsubscribe and sent two emails to confirm that they auto responded two and then still deducted the payment.

This is their response:
