That's a scam.They are cheating you.They do not help you find your phone and than they start to deduct money from your account without any warning or explanation.

J'ai payé une seule fois pour accèder à la géolocalisation sans succès de l'appareil mobile d'un proche.
Le lendemain prèlèvement d'un peu moins de 50 € et le 11 septembre encore un prélèvement soit presque 150 € pour un service qui ne m'a été d'aucune utilité alors que je trouvais déjà les 1.04 € versé une arnaque

Sito truffaldino; ho voluto provare la versione trial, con l'assicurazione che potevo disiscrivermi dall'abbonamento entro 24 ore e che entro 3 ore avrei ricevuto via mail l'ultima posizione del cellulare smarrito: non solo non ho avuto alcuna notizia del telefonino, ma, nonostante la mail inviata poche ore dopo la sottoscrizione dell'abbonamento per farne disdetta, non ho avuta risposta ed a 24 ore mi sono stati decurtati 58,76 euro. Sono dei ladri, oltretutto promettendo un servizio che non offrono: evitate di ricercare il telefono perso tramite localize.mobi perchè perdereste solo denaro senza avere notizie del cellulare smarrito

They took the money from the overdraft and do not return it! I do not want to use their services, I wrote immediately, but they act outside the law!

After you get to test it and pay for it, they automatically charge you the next day $50, saying that is what you signed for, which is not true. Their info is misleading and scam. I do not recommend the service. Their customer service is keeping my money for days finding new reasons not to refund it. It's been five days now since I asked for a refund.

En el dia 06.02.2023 traté de utilizar el servicio de localización móvil, en seguida a la perdida de mi telefono.

Seguí las instrucciones para poder utilizar el servizio, abrí una cuenta en la app dedicada, pagué el importe de 0,82€ centimos y al momento de deber localizar mi telefono en la aplicación aparece un mensaje en lo cual se especifica que :

"se enviará un mensaje a su telefono, cuando el que tiene el teléfono hace click en el mensaje, automáticamente se le comunicará la posición del telefono"

Esto absolutamente no fué el servicio especificado por la empresa en su pagina web, peró segui esperando sin ningun aviso mas.

Gracias a eventos fortuitos encontré mi telefono y quise comprobar si hubiera llegado el mensaje necesario por el rastreo y con mi gran sorpresa no habia nada.

Pasé de este asunto hasta el dia 21/02/2023 cuando por parte de sglocalize.mobi ( con sede legal en Chipre) sin ninguna autorización me han cobrado el importe de 46,75€ por el cual PIDO DE INMEDIATOS LA DEVOLUCIÓN COMPLETA junto a la devolución de el importe de 0,82€ por proporcionar información falsas y de echo un servicio que non funcionó.
En seguida a esto a través del mail support localize.mobi una asistente me niega el rembolso pur estando en los 14 dias de tiempo necesarios para proporcionar un rembolso.
EMPRESA POCO SERIA Y SERVICIO NON FUNCIONANTE ADEMAS DE SER POCO UTIL A LA HORA DE DEBER ENCONTRAR UN MOBIL.

Haven't start to use the services, and get charge USD 50.

The sign in never works, password reset never works.

Had to cancel credit card to prevent further monthly charges. If you want an out of this, just cancel credit card immediately.

This is the service localize provide.
1. User enter the phone number of the phone u wish to locate.
2. Localize will sends a text to that phone.
3. Whoever hold the phone need to tap a link
4. localize tells you where the phone are if someone tap the link
5. You gain peace of mind. (haha)

Which means if you wish to locate your lost phone, u might as well just call or text to whoever hold the phone and ask where they are.

The whole service were package as if it can magically locate your lost phone, by provide the 'above service'

Localize.mobi est une Arnaque /Paiements non sécurisés

J'ai essayé Localize.mobi le 18/10/2022 et j'ai annulé la souscription le même jour à savoir le 18/11/2022. Ceci prouve que je n'ai pas dépassé le délai de 24H pour la période d’essai.

Sachant que j'ai reçu le mail d'annulation le 18/10/2022, à ma surprise, je découvre aujourd'hui que j'ai été prélevé tous ces mois sans mon consentement pendant 5 mois " jusqu'à 18/02/2023".

J'ai contacté le service client de Localize.mobi qui propose un remboursement partiel de 25% du montant payé. Je suis totalement dans mes droits de remboursement total et non pas un dédommagement de 25%

Plus aucune réponse reçue à ma demande de remboursement du service client

Pour ma part, j'ai déjà pris contact avec mon avocat pour entamer une procédure juridique

Méfiez-vous du site, c'est une pure arnaque

This is indeed a scam. Even when the subscription is registered as successfully ended within the trial period they will keep charging you. Evasive and unhelpful customer service.

Attention sous prétexte de vous faire un recherche pour une localisation de votre téléphone on vous colle un prétendu abonnement mensuel , manifestement sans utilité pour vous et sans votre accord, de 50 euros mois. En plus impossible de se désabonner. Pour mieux éviter les poursuites le site s’est basé à Chypre. Encore une arnaque.
