Wir haben ein Mietauto für Brasilurlaub November 2023 vorab in Deutschland bereits gebucht. Als wir in Brasil Vorort zum Schalter gingen hieß es dieses Auto und auch dieses Angebot gibt es nicht mehr!? Somit mußten wir über 100€ mehr bezahlen und zu guter Letzt hatten Sie uns einen ganz schlechten Wechselkurs von ca. 4 angegeben obwohl mindestens 5 wenn nicht sogar 5,3 der Kurs war! Somit wurden wir durch den schlechten Kurs nochmals um weitere 150€ beschissen!!!Bezahlung in bar akzeptieren Sie auch nicht nur mit Creditkarte! Mein Frau hat sogar eine Brasilianische Bankkarte auch diese wurde nicht akzeptiert, somit ist es eindeutig das lokalize über die Credtikarte einen schlechten Kurs eingibt und damit ihre Kunden abzockt!
Im April 2024 buchten wir trotz der schlechten Erfahrung wieder vorab in Deutschland das Mietauto. Vorort meinte die Dame am Schalter da ich deutscher bin müßte ich mehr bezahlen!!!!Somit mußten wir ca. 55Real Aufpreis zahlen! gedauert hat es sehr lange am Schalter bis wir das Auto übergeben bekamen obwohl wir bereits im November dort waren mußten Sie wieder alle Daten neu eingeben! Als wir das Auto zurück brachten sogar zwei Tage früher als geplant, an diesem Tag war Regenwetter, mußten wir wieder draufzahlen da das Auto nicht gewaschen war meinte Lokalize!? Es steht nirgends das man das Mietauto gewaschen zurück geben muß! Somit zahlten wir wieder 55 Real mehr! Lokalize werden wir nicht mehr nehmen!

Ryan Baker seems to be the head thief of this rip off business. localize.mobi I have asked several times to close my account but Ryan insists I don't have an account with them under either 1 of the only two emails I have used for the past several years. Ryan also insists that localize. mobi is not taking money from my account even after I have sent him a copy of my bank statement. Ryan is a scammer a thief a con man and a lier. I just found out they are based in Kansas. As soon as I get back to America I'm going to file a law suit against this company for the money they owe me and more. I will also seek retribution through the better business bureau. I pray that God the father of judgement brings retribution upon Ryan Baker. I pray Father God you destroy this company and all those working to steal money from honest people. I command Father that Ryan Baker becomes completely bank rupt . In that name of Yahusha I pray. Amen. This man has been stealing from me for 4 months now.

N’utilisez pas ce site qui est frauduleux et qui vous prélèvera de sommes aléatoires. Seule solution bloquer sa carte bancaire car service client inexistant et qui de tout de façon de vous apportera aucune aide.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am currently facing with my account on your platform.

I am unable to log back into my account, which I understand has been a recurring issue for many users after initially leaving the website. Despite several attempts, I have been unsuccessful in accessing my account to manage my subscription.

As you may be aware, the first monthly subscription fee of 1.05 Euros was debited from my bank account on 30/04/2024. Given the numerous negative feedback I have come across on various social media platforms, I regret not exercising more caution before signing up for your service. My initial interaction with Localize.mobi was to locate my father's cellphone, but unfortunately, I now find myself in this predicament.

All I would like is for someone with courage to just reach out to me to cancel any further charges....

i have contacted my bank and they are investigating. i have also reported to FBI as my brother works there. they will make sure to track this website and the bank account my money went to because i was scam from their other website called scannero.io. i will revert my review if i am giving refund within 24hours. if you are reading this make sure not to fall scam to this.

Would give it 1 star if I could! Panicked because I lost my phone and payed the 89p and then they have tried to charge me 49 pounds. I now can't put any money into the account as I know they will try charge me again. I also can't cancel the auto renew because I don't know my password. Absolute scam do not use!!!!!

4th March 2024 for £21.11 I did not agree for this money to be taken out of my bank account I do not like being scammed do not try to take money out of my bank account.

This is a total scam where they dangle the usd 0.82 fee to sign up and once you sign and input your credit card on the notion of charging 0.82 -they will immediately swipe the $49 usd without your consent. This scam needs to be stopped and if anyone has any info on the location of the business, it needs to be raise to the authority of the region so that they can block the business.

Hola buenas, quería que se pusieran en contacto conmigo porque perdí el móvil la madrugada del 4 de febrero pagué un euro por ese importe y ahora me han cobrado 40 € en ningún momento venía especificado que el importe era 40 € sino el importe de un euro, porque si fuera el de 40 obviamente no lo habría pagado entonces exijo que os pongáis en contacto conmigo y me devolváis mi dinero.

Fraud!!! Sign on for trial and they start taking money from you on a monthly basis. You send numerous emails and no replies and no one answers the calls. It's a fraudulent company. No way to cancel the subscription and zero acknowledgement or responses.

This is a scam. I have been charged for $103 without me even subscribing to any of their service.
When i try to unsubscribe, none of my emails seem to be valid. Now they aren’t even responding to the emails.
