Livivo Arvostelua 

We purchased a LIVIVO Outdoor Garden 4 Arm 45m folding Rotary Washing Line Clothes Airer Dryer via Amazon in May 2022.
Wasn’t expecting the pole to rust away and break - contacted customer support to purchase a replacement to be told they don’t hold spare parts so their answer was to purchase a new item - what a waste and certainly not in keeping with being environmentally concerned.
Be very care purchasing products that obviously have a limited service life built in…

Edit after reply - so basically you are confirming that you have no after sales support or ability to purchase spare parts and your products have a limited life …. I would expect a product such as this to last more than 2 years - the metal used must be of such poor quality to rust away.

As stated above AVOID making purchases from a company not willing to support their product range.

Chimnea cover from Livivo is excellent quality and a reasonable price. It is a little large but does the job perfectly.
Time will tell on its durability but it seems strong enough.
Recommended.

I love the concept of this the milkshake maker however in reality not so good the max ark of the cup is 500ml but when filling upto this mark the milk goes all over the counter top i have also tried filling to the 400 ml mark I did email the customer services team asking what i did wrong but i have not received a reply even though this was longer then the 24 hour period you mentioned on the website following on from the retailers post no emails in spam box or otherwise!!

I have purchased from this company before and the products were great, so went back.
I was looking for a simple to use air fryer for a 97 year old and they had the perfect one.
A picking error meant they sent the wrong colour which is a shame but they rectified this with a discount which we accepted as it was for a present .

From ordering to delivery I was kept informed.

My Deep Fryer began to leak oil after nine months. Livivo did their checks, as expected, and sent me a replacement free of charge very promptly. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

I bought this product as it was described as an 'ice crusher' as opposed to an 'ice shaver'. However, once it arrived, it is clearly an ice shaver. It does have a 'coarse' setting, but even this is very fine. I gave up trying to use the 'fine' setting as it was so slow and the instructions recommend not running the motor for more than a minute. I probably should have investigated the product further before purchasing.

This is the fourth blanket I’ve purchased
The first was for myself for my settee when I’m downstairs, the second for my son who has a heart condition for his settee.
The third was for on top of my bed and the fourth for my son’s bed.
It is saving us money as we don’t use our heating .
The blanket is so warm we don’t need it at high for long

You corrected my delivery , quickly without problems. When my products arrived I was very pleased with the quality.

Product good as was prompt service. Only problem was it was left on the doorstep. Not given the chance to answer the door!

Arrived in super quick time as a birthday gift for my daughter who is thrilled with them.

Great products perfect for storing Christmas decorations and great value for money.

I had no problem with Livivo or the product,
I did however have a problem with the courier as the parcel had been ripped open, I was thankful that everything was there.

Bought an electric throw for my granddaughter for Christmas. It felt thick and luxurious but It didn't heat up. I assumed there was a fault so I returned and re-ordered another of the same. That one didn't heat up either!!! Obviously a manufacturing fault. Have now sent that one back and ordered a different make but what a waste of my time. I don't recommend, even though some of the reviews are really good.

Received exactly what I wanted & for a great price with next day delivery. Excellent!

First class customer service, rare these days. I have had my issue resolved quickly and without drama. Such a refreshing change!

Last week we purchased a dark grey electric blanket from Livivo. Unfortunately it does not warm up properly. There are 9 settings, 1-7 and a high and low, but all settings are the same temperature. There must be something wrong with the controls or blanket.
Very disappointed.
