Livivo Arvostelua 

Ordered through 3rd party debenhams a wicker picnic basket. Came with broken items. Contacted both company's. Livivo tried to tell me they couldn't send a replacement as it was "out of stock" i had a look and had my friend order one and it was certainly not out of stock! Asked them to either send me a replacement or credit me so I could get another! Once this lie was challenged they have gone radio silent surpise surprise. Will be avoiding this company at all cost after this ordeal has been sorted! LIVIVO RESPOND TO EMAILS!

Ordered SPLASH Pool Filter Pump on 25th June despatched apparently on 26th. Not received it. Then get message saying despatched 1st July still not arrived. B&Q doing refund as Livivo 3rd party seller. Worst experience ever. This was ordered to take on holiday was totally ruined.

I received a heated blanket as a Christmas gift which I loved, but it suddenly stopped working last weekend, there was a problem with the controller. I emailed customer service in Lavivo and they have been just phenomenal. My emails were responded to within 24 hours… the customer care was amazing…. And I have been given a replacement blanket with a full apology within 48 hours. It is so nice to see a company treat customers this way…. And I’d highly recommend their excellent customer support. A wonderful outcome after thinking I’d lost my lovely Christmas gift 😊. A very happy Irish customer for sure

Love the electric blanket, so cosy and effective during winter and really helps with the heating bills! Had a small issue where my blanket stopped working after around 6 months but I reached out to the support team who were super apologetic and kind and sent me a replacement right away. Can’t rave about them enough!

Bought an electric blanket which worked beautifully for a few months before the electric component stopped working. Got in contact with support and they replaced it with absolutely no fuss or fee. Fantastic service!

I had purchased an electric throw from Livivo via Amazon in 2024 and also last year, both for friends and still working well, loved by friends. I bought one for myself at the end of January, again via Amazon. It was great, very cosy, but two days ago it just stopped working. This was obviously a one off, as the others are still working.
What impressed me even more with Livivo, was the way they dealt with my problem. They replied straight away, didn’t question what had happened, apologised profusely, and a replacement is on its way. They aren’t asking me to return the faulty throw, as they thought I’d been inconvenienced too much already.
The sign of a good company is not just about their products, but also how they deal with complaints, and I would definitely recommend them with 5 stars.

My blanket is broken and noone responds

Terrible customer service.
After being told via email that I could get a replacement heated blanket sent out urgently (I received one for Christmas and it stopped working after a few days!)
the company then decided to not go ahead with the replacement! (After weeks of ignoring my emails)
Promising a replacement and then failing to deliver it is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your company’s standards and credibility. Will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered an electric blanket in December 2024 with no issues. I packed away in original box and when got it out to use this winter it was not working.

I emailed customer services to explain the issue and on providing proof of date of original order they replaced with no issues and replacement arrived within a couple of days. Great customer service which I cannot fault at all.
