We needed sofas for the living room and office. Visited all furniture shops in Liverpool starting with LIVHOME because it was close.
After a few months of search and tests, we were convinced that LIVHOME was the place to offer us what we needed, both as a service and products. The other places were also proper but LIVHOME somehow stood out with their design, hospitality and attention of the consultants.
I would like to thank Richard and John for the patience and for listening carefully what we needed.
We selected an Italian sofa bed for the office and a wonderful cozy UK made sofa for the living room. We just need to wait for the sodas to be delivered.

Ann-Marie made our visit extremely pleasurable. She was very helpful and informative enabling us to to make a more informed choice on fabric. She also helped us with measurements. What a lovely shop. Brad was so helpful from beginning to end. Lovely customer service. No pressure from anyone to buy, great selection of luxury sofas.

Sofa’s arrived with faulty material, technician arranged to give independent review, but was not independent, despite the customer service team agreeing with the faults, no remedial action was offered. Now stuck with faulty expensive furniture, however I have reported to the ombudsman.

Lorraine went out of her way to make our decision on which chair was most suitable for my husband need. Also provided my grandson with biscuits while we made our decision

Had a wonderful service and excellent collection in the aintree store. We were swiftly helped by James in the store.

James,the client consultant was very friendly and put me at ease.He explained about the different chair sizes and functions,then left me to try them out. There was no pressure to buy. Paul and Jon delivered the chair 3 weeks later.They were very professional,and friendly, and made sure I knew how to operate it,and showed me how to replace the batteries.The chair looks lovely in the room.

I am very happy with the chair.my concern is that the chair was brought into my bungalow uncovered. The men also had no gloves on so came into direct contact with the chair.. the men also put directly onto the floor in order to put the legs on. Which I t felt was wrong as there hands could be dirty and also the floor.

The chair was delivered on time which was great, BUT it was the wrong chair, wrong colour material and wrong pattern, so still awaiting out order. not very good service.

I was looking for a riser recliner chair. And was very pleasently surprised by the range offered, which enabled me to make my choce. It was very relaxing with a nice cup of coffee. Andy was extremely helpful with a good product knowledge and this was all done without feeling any sales pressure. Would certainly recommend HSL.

Our experience at Liv homes was probably the best customer service I have ever received. Anne Marie is an absolute star. Very knowledgeable. Helpful not pushy. A lovely person to deal with. After purchasing my sofa I changed my mind on the colour. It was no problem for Anne Marie to have it sorted although I thought I had left it to late.from I cannot recommend highly enough.
