My experience, at The HSL store was better than I expected and Asma Makkan was extremely helpful, my mum liked the fireside chair but they weren’t the right style for her but we got what we actually wanted thanks to ASMA MAKKAN

I popped into LivHome a couple of weeks ago for a browse, not specifically planning to buy any furniture any time soon. I saw the perfect sofa and Richard was so helpful without any pressure that I returned a week later with my hubby. Again we were given the time and space to consider whether it was right for us and again, Richard was there to answer our questions without any pushy sales patter.

I’ve been back today and placed my order for sofas for both of our living rooms and I was delighted with the customer service from Richard and John who helped with some advice to perfect the configuration we wanted.

It was all such a positive experience, which is rare these days and I’m looking forward to receiving our delivery in 8-10 weeks time.

Thanks to Richard for the coffees, looking after my Mum and helping me make the perfect purchase.

Rachel was very helpful and patient, taking the time to help me pick the right product for me. I was not rushed but encouraged to take my time. She is an asset to the company and I am very pleased with my experience. I look forward to getting my new chair.

We were helped by John to choose a chair which was suitable and comfortable. He was clear in advice and patient. It was an enjoyable experience and I recommend the firm.

Debbie, the sales assistant who took my initial enquiry greeted Diane at the door. From then on her attention was focused onto Diane, who has suffered several strokes. Debbie made sure that Diane got the most comfortable chair that she could wish for. No pressure, just kindness

Very relaxed and able to look around without any pressure to purchase. Richard was very helpful and explained everything to us over a most welcome cup of coffee and a biscuit.

This is our second visit to the Brierley Hill branch and again we were welcomed into the store by Danielle who dealt with our new order very quickly and efficiently and she was extremely helpful. Again we came away very happy customers and can thoroughly recommend the staff and the store.

Excellent service from Tania we spent at least over 2 hrs with her she was so friendly, helpful and knowlagable. My husband came away very satisfied with his purchase. Thank You

The staff at the Letchworth branch were a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly.
However the order and delivery system set by HQ is the worst I have ever experienced: to expect full payment without even knowing when the chair will be delivered and then expect me when I am abroad to ring you to maybe find out whether it may be by the year end is utterly customer unfriendly.
Would I buy from you again or recommend the company to friends? I very much doubt it.

Liz at Letchworth was so very helpful , patient and knowledgeable. She listened patiently, and it was no trouble when she had to repeat herself several times.
She explained the merits of different styles, and we felt no pressure at any point to make a purchase.
Plenty of parking space outside and a pleasant showroom. The coffee was welcome too.

Excellent customer service at Cheltenham HSL. Special shout out for Pauline who served us and completed the order. Great knowledge and was super helpful guiding my mother in laws choice of chair. Ordered and delivered quickly to her exact needs.

Great experience from purchase to delivery. The team in the showroom were not pushy and let me sit on the sofa for a while to see if it was my fit. The delivery team of Paul and Jon took time to carefully put the sofas together, answer many questions and reminded us how to use the various settings. It is day one but sofa still is comfy, colour and size are perfect for the room. Very pleased with the purchase so far.

Without exception, all the ladies at HSL Rotherham, are friendly, helpful, efficient, and informative - it’s always a pleasure to go in their shop

Excellent customer service, I was contacted within 10 minutes of putting in an online request then subsequent contact was efficient and at the planned time. Home visit by Deborah and Billy. They couldn't have been kinder or friendlier to mum, they put her at ease and made the whole process simple. Both were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the visit and mum did not feel under pressure at any time.
