This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in dealing with Customer Service at a company. I ordered personalized suitcases for my daughter and her fiancé for their engagement party that I’m going to this evening. When I placed the order it said I would receive my package by August 1st. However, they never even shipped my order as of today. When I tried to inquire about the delivery date, they were extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. They couldn’t care less after they took my $1000. My sister is an editor at travel and leisure and I will do everything in my power to make sure I get my experience with this company published. I am extremely disappointed. If they would’ve showed a little empathy, I might have felt different about this going wrong. If they would’ve tried to work with me and change the delivery address to my daughter’s address out of state, this could’ve worked out, but again they just didn’t care to help or accommodate one bit.

Lovely little case . Was given as a gift so didn’t use immediately when I did on the fly day the handle wouldn’t go up it was stuck half way . Not great for a high end product.

Ordered my personalised suitcase last week, delivery was fast, however the case arrived and some of the plastic was raised on the side of the case. Contacted customer services and dealt with someone called Sarah who implied I was a liar despite sending proof and her attitude was disgusting! I quote her response below:

‘the fact that you have sent an email claiming the actual plastic is raise is you lying and your claim is void. not sure why peple like you lie but hey we are not amazon that give you refunds for lies mate‘

Absolutely appauling from customer services, if I could upload the screenshots I would. Definitely would not recommend this company!!

Bought a suitcase one year ago, used it twice to find that the wheel broke on its third use. Contacted customer services were Sarah seemed to be able to help. Then informed me that because they have now changed the wheels there was nothing they could do and stopped responding to emails. Not the greatest customer service!!

The case fell apart on 1st use

The great wait for oasis is nearly over, their was no wait for my custom oasis imaged suitcase. A Sunday purchase that arrived that wednesday. Brilliant service and brilliant suitcase.

Item arrived very quickly, packaged well and exactly as described. My partner loved it

The recipient of the gift case had to throw it away in Florida as the zip broke completely and the case hadn’t been overfilled. We have had cases previously and not had this issue so it must’ve obviously been a substandard one.

Fabulous suitcase, excellent quality and looks amazing. Quick delivery and packaged really well. I will def be ordering from here again.

Originally received my case with an error, however this was sorted and replaced with minimal fuss, stress and delays. Great service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a £115 case which the delivery people dumped on my door step in plain view for it to be stolen, I reported to the police and they advised the company must refund you with a crime number as their insured, the company has refused point blank to replace or refund even tho it’s completely their responsibility. Worst customer service ever, they have left a single parent out of pocket for what should have been a treat for my daughter’s first holiday with friends. Emails I have received are rude, blunt and completely unprofessional and it is completely within their control to resolve this issue.

It is indeed a good quality and really good protection for your phone, i’ve been using it since 2021 it still protects my phone for all the falls. I ordered last week and it was not what I expected I contacted them and without a second thought they were so nice to replace my order for free though it is my fault! Thankyousomuch livexmaintain!! I will order again to replace your kindness!!

Fabulous Company, Great idea and you see your suitcase on the carousel INSTANTLY! I used to tie an orange doggy bag onto my handle… those days are thankfully gone! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
