Suitcase just delivered, and first of all I was grateful it was boxed so my wife couldn’t see it (it’s her birthday present) - took it to another room to inspect it, and was so impressed with the packaging and obviously the artwork on the case - looks absolutely fantastic, really pleased with it, great job, and now I have to wait 8 weeks before I give it to my wife, may go back and order her a matching hand luggage case now to compliment the big one I’ve just received. Thoroughly recommend this company, if I’m honest the case looks so much better than I was expecting - brilliant job, thank you 🙏

Easy to contact and speak to and an a good and easy website

I wanted a custom luggage piece with a name and contact number however I only had a logo without those details. I contacted the customer service and I communicated with someone nemes Belkis. Belkis was brilliant with creating a design for me and the product arrived on time and was just as i envisioned it to be! I am really impressed not only with the final product but the efficiency in customer service! Well done and thank you!

I still haven’t received my phone case since the 16th September

One might have thought that purchasing a simple suitcase would be a straightforward transaction, even from what one can only assume is a rather amateur operation. Whilst the product itself arrived punctually and bore a passing resemblance to the advertised image—how utterly thrilling—the experience swiftly descended into an absolute farce the moment we dared to request something as pedestrian as a VAT number for our perfectly legitimate reclaim.

Apparently, providing basic tax documentation is simply too much to ask of these people. After their initial reluctance to furnish this standard information, we were subjected to an absolutely unhinged barrage of aggressive WhatsApp messages from some deeply unprofessional individual demanding to know—with quite alarming hostility—why we had the temerity to request what is, might I remind you, our legal entitlement. We were ultimately forced to block this specimen, as their conduct veered well into harassment territory.

One cannot reclaim VAT without a VAT number. This isn't exactly quantum physics, is it?

Would we purchase from them again? I should think not. One can obtain identical products on Alibaba at considerably more competitive prices without the accompanying circus of abuse. Would we recommend this shower to others? Absolutely not, unless one enjoys being harangued by unhinged keyboard warriors.

This represents customer service at its most spectacularly abysmal. We have subsequently reported this company to the police for harassment, particularly after they had the audacity to post fabricated allegations on our business page via Trustpilot—a rather desperate attempt at retaliation, one presumes.

For the record, our order number is #LM105302. We rather liked the suitcase itself; it's the deranged WhatsApp assault and defamatory nonsense that has proven utterly intolerable. If this is their idea of conducting business, one can only marvel at how they've managed to remain operational at all.

Would not order from this company ever! Rude customer service, asked if my lining was included between the zip for warranty and got a rude sarcastic response.

The quality of the pictures on our suitcase is excellent and they are better quality than I expected, will definitely order again

Suitcase looks good but it got damaged upon my first flight. As the suitcase was still functional and the damage was just cosmetic the airline told me to contact the manufacturer which I did. The person on the phone was extremely unprofessional and sarcastic and refused to even acknowledge the issue. He said the warranty does not cover damage caused by airlines which is okay however he was extremely disrespectful in the way he spoke to me and he was extremely sarcastic. When I asked how they differentiate between airline damage and manufacturers fault he told me to stop wasting his time

So pleased with the luggage set i ordered for my daughter! Absolutely beautiful, came super quick!
Also I panicked that i hadn't put the correct name on one and no sooner I'd sent an email. i had a reply with the exact picture of what I ordered! Fantastic service, shall be ordering another set for my other daughter and myself.

Second time purchase

Rather underwhelmed by the passport cover and luggage tab that I purchased. Expensive and the products do not reflect the price paid. My main gripe was with the delivery. Took way too long. Apparently my order was ready to go but it had forgot to be despatched.

The quality is excellent and very sturdy. The customization makes it unique and personal. Delivery was very swift too. Highly recommend👍

Great suitcase
From ordering it and receive it very quick,

My daughter suitcase, whilst it looks the part, broke after 8 months and despite the company offering a lifetime warranty this is completely inaccurate. I was spoken to incredibly rudely with “Sarah” telling me never to contact them again. I spent a total of £220 with this company and I am gutted. I feel ripped off and upset at the tone of the e-mails.

This is the working of the response I got

“ unfortunately this does not full under our warranty and I would kindly ask you to go and ask your daughter about the usage of this suitcase. It was not delivered damaged and that is not a manufacture fault. the whole part of. the suitcase has been ripped out and you want to be emailing us to say you want to complain when you have clearly damaged this. go to trading standards or whoever but please do not email us again.

The fact that you think we must accept a ripped up suitcase as a manufacture fault is astonishing.”
