What a totally flexible lender this is, and as a semi retired mortgage broker, who was looking at later life lending (which was out of my remit), I can't praise this company enough. Especially Patrick Bunton who really went the extra mile to help us and make the whole process a lot easier. Just how I like to look after my own clients, so high praise indeed.

Compared to the mainstream lenders, this application process was a dream. Very muchhassle free, underwriting was completed with a sensible timeframe, the valuation was instructed and carried out within two days and the offer followed. I believe the 5+5 product for the baby boomer community is wonderful. I very much like the sensible way they approached lending. Livemore seem to consider that age, experience, maturity and a lifetime of accumulated assets-is a benefit and a positive and are not considered a deterrent and negative, which the major banks and many other lenders do! Well done Livemore you are in a great niche market… and appear to be doing very well. We are looking forward to a very positive working relationship.

I had a very urgent case where the client would have gotten a £15,000 penalty if his bridging loan was not repaid by the 4th March. Property was 100% flat roof I spoke to Nicola Palmer my Business Development Manager at LiveMore who also spoke to Matt Evans the Chief Underwriter. Results were Application on the 1st, Valuation done on 4th, Offered on 10th, Completed 28th. I very happy client indeed 😁😁

The slowest processing I've ever experienced in the Equity Release market. 9 days since I've made the application and it's not even been looked at yet. Most of the other lenders have an offer out by now, or at least have the valuation done. Really poor

I uploaded the case to your team 31/01/25 and am still chasing for an initial response 11/02/2025 - no other equity release lender takes this amount of time to provisionally approve a case to sent to valuation. Very Poor.
