Rang Canada Life on Friday 17/4 to ask when my first pension payment was going to be made as it was now 4 days overdue. The office told me that they would investigate and phone me back - they didn't.
I rang 4 days later on Tuesday 21/4 and they promised it would be paid in 3 days. Today is Tuesday, lets wait and see......

Overall this company are excellent
Overall this company are excellent, however I do have one issue, that it takes SO very long to release funds when requested. I genuinely cannot understand in this high speed age how and why it takes SO LONG.
