A bespoke pilot training programme that was delivered and reviewed to set up a whole day's training for staff which meets their needs. The course designers and facilitators could not have been more open and collaborative throughout the process. The staff on the pilot training spoke very highly of the materials and course delivery.

One of the best and the most interesting courses I have ever attended and my experience with training and development is quite immense. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of this course. The instructor was knowledgeable and had a calm demeanour that made learning a breeze. Every question was answered with great detail and clarity, making everyone in the room confident in the newfound communications skills.
