Their products come from CHINA and are unable to be easily tracked. Customer support is very responsive however - to essentially say Sorry and tough luck but for your delivery date inconvenience “We will give you a 20% discount on you next order”.
That is an order that will never happen. Fool me once ….

Ordered 1/18/2026. Tracking was provided 1/21/2026. On 2/10/2026, tracking still shows last update was 1/20/2026. Emailed customer support 2/3/2026 asking for an update, they responded same day, “shipping carrier updates status late, definitely sent order, wait few a days, we will contact shipping company.” 2/9/2026 still no update, emailed for an update, they responded same day, “be assured shipment still in transit, common for tracking to pause, please accept 15% off.” With no coupon or code offered in that email (but why would anyone place a second order from a site that couldn’t deliver on the first order?). Responded 2/10/2026 asking for a refund, notably, no prompt response as with previous two emails.
Needless to say, this website is 100% a scam with 0% accountability and will play along until they can’t anymore. Call your bank and report fraud ASAP!

Received a 20% refund on 2/13/2026. Received the product 2/17/2026.
First, fits like a women’s XL not a men’s XL and not true to size as website states. Second, it is not the item imaged on website, it merely/poorly replicates the imaged item. I have matching pants of official product which the item does not match.
The Adidas tag, should be blue as shown on website and the matching pants, not black as is on the item. Stitched Adidas and Bayern logos are distinctively different from websites image and the matching pants. Materials used are a totally different texture, color, and quality from official product. And the pocket zippers should be on the front of the jacket, not hidden in the seams, and they should also have a small Adidas logo on them.
Emailed 2/17/2026 demanding a full refund, again, no prompt response now that order is delivered and partial refund given.

I placed my order January 16 and it is now Feb 6. No communication on where my order is, they sent me a tracking number and the order is all over the map back and forth back and forth. I asked for refund and they said just hold on, they said this multiple times without giving me a refund. Idk if they even shipped it or scammed me. What a rip off!

This company is a scam. Company with a California address but ships from China…so it takes too long to arrive, and then it becomes undeliverable…and you cannot pick it up because it cannot be found. But, they send you an email saying the package is being sent back because it was never picked up…even though you tried picking it up! SCAM!!!

I ordered a jersey on November 15th. Received an email right away a week later that my order was in transit. This order was stuck in transit for over 8 weeks and any attempt to reach them at the customer service number the numbers were disconnected a not or not a valid number. Customer service says that my refund is in process. I have yet to see it. Nor did I ever receive my order. Do not order anything from this company. They're a fraud!

Worst company ever! I ordered a jersey for my son, that is clearly listed as "Youths" (sic), and I chose the "kids S/M" size. What I received was an adult small, which is a size 46. They would not do anything to make it right. Eventually, "Linda" said they would ship me the correct size, but she never gave me a shipping confirmation, and just ignored me from there. So, she lied, and I had to find my son's Christmas present elsewhere, and am stuck with the wrong size. The phone numbers listed on their website aren't even legit. One is for a plumbing service, and the other is not a real number. Completely fake and unethical company, to say the least. There have been tons of complaints about Lipomarts with the Better Business Bureau, and I should have done my homework first. Don't make the same mistake!

Doing business with Lipomarts was the worst all around experience in my 62 years of being on this planet. Wish there were such a thing as NO Stars!
Their website largest size is 4XL. I ordered 2 Indiana Fever jerseys 4XL.
First problem is their shipping is horribly slow. It’s so slow they should let their customers know, BUT they don’t care. They got your money at this point. It’s the cheapest shipping a business can use. I’ll give you an example. My order was placed on 7/14/25 began the shipping process on 7/15/25. It sat in Inglewood, CA for 12 days 7/27/25!!! Then. I live in Redlands, CA. My order shipped out of Inglewood, CA (an hour and a half away from me) to Queens, NY!! To Metro NY then leaves there on 8/2/25 coming back this way. (via USPS $4.95 flat fee! I’m just saying at least let your customers know in your emails)
It was delivered on 8/6/25.
Now, the 4X was like a 3X. And they’re knock off jerseys, which is fine, whatever, but they sewed near the hem of the jerseys an NBA Logo and at the back of the neck was the WNBA logo. Who does that!? So I complained (Linda is the person everyone deals with) they’re a very small company. And she makes you go through this tedious process of taking screenshots with measuring tape from armpit to armpit and chest to hem of the jerseys to prove size and logo issues. So she says they have 5X and they’ll fix the logos to just keep the ones that were sent.(REMEMBER, their website only went to 4X)
So, I go through the same EXTRA LONG wait for shipping (3weeks!!!)
I FINALLY get the jerseys and the first thing I check is the logos and they match. Then I check the size label and it is 5X. I put on the jersey and it is the same fit as the 4X. (They sewed a 5X label on the same size 4X jersey). So she has me do the same tedious measuring tape and screenshots and After MUCH back and forth she NOW brings up you picked UNISEX instead of regular, that’s why. And sent me a pic of their size chart which has up to 5X measurements. Now, if Unisex was the problem why didn’t she say that when I complained about the first set!? And then help me get it right and send me 2 Regular 5X’s? You know why? BOTH of their size charts for Unisex and Regular are exactly the same measurements!!!! And how do you only go up to 4X on your website but up to 5X
on your size chart!?!?
I lost $139 on two of the worst knock off jerseys and business transaction ever. They’ll never honor their refund policy so that thing is useless on their website. They won’t even offer half back!! She gave some halfhearted sorry about your frustration crap for your trouble 10% off your next order. I couldn’t believe it!! First that’s standard discount on your website. Second, after the experience I just had why on God’s green earth would do another transaction with you!? Then it was 15% and topped off at 20%. If they had an ounce of good business instead of greed and a lack of concern for their customers, they would’ve given a refund. I was set to purchase $700-$900 worth of jerseys. I’m so glad I tested it first!!
Lastly, they know no one is gonna involve an attorney individually, but if a case builds showing they don’t honor their refund policy among other things (size charts, no difference between their Unisex and Regular sizes, etc.) Something could be done, but folks won’t stick together like that on something like this. This type of business thrives off of “one off” customers. They do you wrong and then catch the next one coming in and do them wrong and so on.
If you read this before doing business with them you have done yourself a HUGE favor!! Stay Away from Lipomarts!
What can they do to improve. Fix their size charts. Stop sewing different “size” labels on the same jersey. Provide common sense shipping, most of all, HONOR their return policy. It’s written in such a way that I doubt no one has received a refund.
RESPONSE To Linda: CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!: If I could post pics on here I could prove to you what I’m saying is true. Why is there NO 5X choice on the jersey on the website? But you have a size chart with 5X on it! And you will also notice the best proof of this lying company. LOOK at the reviews. All the one star stories are the same. “Jersey was too small for the size stated, took too long to arrive, and NO REFUND. Linda you wrong and now you are lying and I have the pics to prove it! I should’ve got a refund. What a liar!!!! I wished I had looked here before buying.

I ordered a long-sleeve Adidas jersey in size L, the same size I had previously tried on in-store, so I knew it should fit. The jersey that arrived is completely unwearable and does not match the sizing. When I requested a refund, the seller demanded photos of measurements, which have since been removed from their website. They have refused to provide a return shipping label or issue a refund, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response. On top of this, both phone numbers listed on their website are invalid (one belongs to an unrelated HVAC company and the other is disconnected). This website is clearly a scam.

I just got a notification that my order was delivered today at 5pm but I was home all day and didn’t see anything. I emailed and it said it was delivered to a parcel locker. I check my mail box but still nothing

Do not buy anything off this site it’s a scam. I order two weeks ago and when I called the customer service line they provided, they are not in service, so I emailed them for a tracking number, ups did not have the package. They keep saying the same thing, so I reported it to my bank for a refund. I was trying to up load the emails to them can’t, now it’s just buffing when I try to track the order.

Worst company ever!! My son ordered a Buffalo Bills “Salute to Service” hoodie from here for my Father’s Day gift, He didn’t know better and was just trying to get me a great gift. FIRST thing I noticed was that THE AMERICAN FLAG THEY SEWD ON IS BACKWARDS!?!? PLUS It was WAY too small! I’m 6’4” tall & weigh 250lbs so I need a larger size. According to THEIR size guide a 2XL SHOULD’VE fit but we all know this chart is way off as it’s based in China, Vietnam etc..NOT IN THE U.S!!

It almost felt like they were trying to go over the 30 days with the nonsense bull**** that they were asking us for. All I wanted to do is exchange it to a size up, no, I don’t want 20% off or 10% off on my next purchase I want an exchange! Poor quality of jerseys. Brought two jerseys and both are poorly stitched together. One isn’t even as marketed. I’ve brought jerseys from 10+ different places and this is the worst I have ever received. Buy your jerseys from elsewhere. For the amount of time it took to come (4 weeks), one would think the product would be at least average standard. They will offer you 10% off your next purchase for their mistakes and poor quality and timing, but you can already get 10% off their website. Poor communication. Poor quality. Poor business. I am pretty easy to satisfy in life so for me to complain it’s meaningful.

Company did not send my product for 2 months. When asked about it they stated there are many items being ordered by other people. Kinda seems like it’s either 1) A poorly ran company 2) They only send once they have the product which it seems they don’t. Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else. When the items finally came they were poor quality and seemed dingy. You should believe all the comments people are stating about the delay, poor quality, and horrible customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Terrible customer service, unreliable shipping, and an almost impossible return process—this company feels like a complete scam.
I ordered a sports jersey, which arrived weeks late and was way too big despite following their sizing guide. When I tried to return it, they ignored most of my messages and kept giving vague excuses to avoid issuing a refund. The entire process was beyond frustrating.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Lipomarts. There are plenty of trustworthy sports apparel retailers out there—this is not one of them. 👎🏼

Ordered a custom Cleveland Cavs jersey back in February. Still haven’t received it. Just keep being told it’s on its way by customer service. It’s been sitting in Jamaica New York for a month now according to the tracking number provided. Has not moved. At this point just give me my money back.
