They launched a product on Kickstarter and have not fulfilled. Furthermore, the charge for shipping was double that of the estimate. The delay currently stands at 3 months. They ignore all emails and contacts made via website contact form.

its a shame i couldn't give zero stars...

backed 2 of their 4th gen pillows + add ons.
should've been delivered in November.
first update for a delay ; December.
meanwhile , 4 months later, and i still have no pillows.

funniest part on the page of their project on kickstarter:

-DELIVERY BY DECEMBER (2025)
-allready in production
-support 24/7

when you contact their "customer support" , dont expect a lot of support.
they always answer with their same copy paste kinda answer.

my "package" was supposed to be send the 6th of february, but the shipping company only received digital information about the package.
when i ask about my shipping its allways the same answer ;

The tracking number you received was created when the shipment information was registered electronically. In cases like this, the tracking may not update until the package reaches the next stage of handling by the carrier.

We also recently posted an update for customers who selected boat shipping. I’m sharing it here for your reference:
“For international backers who selected boat shipping, we were recently informed that the vessel is currently experiencing delays at sea. Our fulfillment house is closely monitoring the shipment and expediting processing once it arrives. We expect the last-leg tracking numbers to become active in approximately 20–30 days. If you selected this option and have already received your tracking number, please know your goods are on the way and we truly appreciate your patience.”

So if you selected the boat shipping option, this would explain why the tracking has not updated yet. Once the shipment reaches the local fulfillment stage, the tracking should start updating normally.

meanwhile i'm writing this review en reading others, it's not their first project on kickstarter. but when you look into the past , they've had the same problems...

me, on the other hand, i learn from my mistakes; from now on , i will never ever buy something on kickstarter again + i'll always look for a review before...

I backed the Ultra Pillow on Kickstarter and have been waiting for my order since December 2025. It is now April 2026 — over four months later — and I still have nothing.

The DHL tracking number they provided has shown zero movement since February 6, 2026. The shipment was never physically handed to DHL — only electronically pre-announced. Despite this, their support team kept sending copy-paste responses about "sea transit delays," which are clearly not the issue.

To make it worse: my last email was completely ignored.

Looking at the Kickstarter comments, hundreds of other backers are in exactly the same situation — no delivery, no real answers, no accountability.

This company does not keep its promises and does not respond when things go wrong. Back or buy at your own risk.

My first experience with Ivana Designs was ordering the Infinity Sponge, which I was really impressed by. Based on that experience – and because my old pillow left a lot to be desired – I backed the fourth-generation Ultra Pillow on Kickstarter. They kept me well informed throughout the development and production process. Personal queries I submitted via customer service were answered promptly and very helpfully. Ivana Designs’ service is as good as its products. Delivery was prompt. Even the packaging reflects the high quality standards. I’ve now been sleeping on the Ultra Pillow 4th Gen for just under four weeks. Both the pillow and the cover are very well made. As my old pillow was relatively thin, the Ultra Pillow initially felt quite high when I was lying on my back. When sleeping on my side, however, I immediately noticed the relief on my shoulder. I am very satisfied with the Ultra Pillow 4th Gen and can highly recommend Ivana Design as a trustworthy manufacturer.

Purchase a pillow for $119 on one of their Kickstarter projects that was never delivered. I was able to reverse the additional $28 shipping charge. No contact on Kickstarter or their website. Don't buy from them.

I'm very happy to receive the pillow of my dream. It's definitely worth the price! This is the pillow that I like the most and consider the best at present: it has a comfortable texture, perfect support, and completely relaxes my body, allowing me to have a deep sleep! I absolutely love this pillow! Highly recommended.

Bought Alpha Pillow 3D from Ivana designs in 2024. It is still in a good shape and Its a great fit for every sleep position, thats the major factor i like in it.
It is really great when small firm like Ivana Designs make such a wonderful product. I would recommend this product to people who wants best sleep!

I backed a product on Kickstarter and paid $76 on December 11, 2025, but I have still not received the product.

I have tried multiple times to contact the campaign creator, but none of my messages have received any response. The complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating.

When checking the campaign page, I also noticed many other backers reporting the same issue in the comments - undelivered products and no replies from the creator.

This experience has been very disappointing and has made me lose trust in this campaign. I strongly advise people to be very cautious before supporting similar projects, especially when there is no transparency or communication from the creator.

I hope this issue will be addressed and that affected backers will receive either the promised product or a refund.

Infinity Sponge is the best product i have ever used. Its easy to clean after each use. Shipping was a bit delayed but the customer service dealt with everything perfectly. I'm so happy that i had placed order for their current new project Ultra Pillow 4 Gen. Looking forward to use the pillow.

Its been few months since i have been using Infinity sponge i bought from ivana designs. Perfect for cleaning the dishes. Easy to clean the sponge after each use. Worth the waiting!

I have purchased several products from Ivana Designs, including the Alpha Pillow, Alpha Blanket, Alpha Towels, and Alpha Socks, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The comfort and quality of all the products are outstanding! The Alpha Pillow is incredibly supportive and comfortable, making a noticeable difference to my sleep. The Alpha Blanket I got few years ago still feels premium and cozy, no issues yet. The towels are soft, absorbent, and clearly made with high quality materials. My favorite is the Alpha Socks, they are extremely comfortable and feel durable for my everyday use.

Interesting concept. A towel that stays cleaner and reduces odor. it works really well and useful as promised.

I purchased the Alpha Towel from Ivana Designs and it has exceeded my expectations. The material feels soft yet highly absorbent, and it dries quickly after use. You can really notice the quality from the first use itself.
The delivery was bit delayed as promised, but the customer service was perfect.

SCAMMERS!! Dishonest product launched asking to pay in advance. Campaigns which are designed as a money grab. Delivered half my order only after months of chasing and being ignored via all communication channels. The remainder of my order is still missing although they asked me to pay for additional shipping fees and shipping insurance totalling over $260 alone. Careless and corrupt, SCAM!!

All I have to say: don’t bother with any other sponge, these are the very best! They cut scrubbing time in half if not more and don’t scratch up any of your cookware.
Also, we are using their bath towels in our home. They are super soft and incredibly absorbent. I've had it for a little over a year now, and I can say it is the best towel I have had.
You don’t have to wash the towels every two days dry pretty quick, you might think they’re expensive but they’re very durable.

What a dream the alpha pillow is. Such great quality and ergonomic design. I find I get a deep sleep with minimal shifting in the night, truly a restorative sleep. The pillow is breathable and keeps me cool throughout the night.
