I have no experience with other hotspots, so I only know that this one is excellent. Continuous operation, there are updates.

Works without problems and earns HNT. Next step for me is to test a raspbery with helium hat und use the HNT to swap for datacredits :)

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I needed to wait for a very long time to receive the hotspot. Without any update via mail.

Useless piece of device. Waited months, paid hundreds, and does nothing. I've had it for almost a year and mined £12.

Door middel van autocorrect kwam er willekeurig een scheldwoord in mijn mail te staan. Ik heb uitgelegd dat dit niet de bedoeling was en mijn excuus aangeboden. Zij hebben toen de gehele bestelling waar ik al kapot lang op wachtte geannuleerd. Er was totaal geen begrip voor de situatie en het boeide ze niks. Die mensen daar zijn gewoon robots. Echt belachelijk!

Thankfully I got my refund…sort of…I had to get my credit card company involved and explain I paid for a service I didn’t receive. My credit card company gave me my money back after I advised them of all the negative reviews online as well. Companies that dodge refunds is a sign they’re financially in trouble.

Waiting for over 14 months for a 1.401,19 EURO refund!!!

I am writing to bring to your attention a very concerning issue regarding an order I placed with your company two years ago. I ordered a Linxdot router and to this day, I have yet to receive it. This is completely unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received.

I have been patient and understanding over the past months as I was told the product would be delivered soon. However, it has become clear that this is not the case and I am now left with no other option but to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities.

The lack of respect and honesty shown towards me as a customer is unacceptable and I expect a full resolution to this matter as soon as possible. I would appreciate a prompt response from your company to provide a resolution to this situation.

I have attached all relevant order details for your reference. Please let me know what steps will be taken to resolve this issue and deliver the product I paid for two years ago.

Scam! & no refunds!
The site says 5 days delivery.
I been waiting for 5 months!
I’ve sent multiple emails complaining to only receive an automated email saying “all remaining orders out for delivery” this was multiple months ago.

Scam!!! I lost six months of mining waiting for their product that was promised to be delivered in 5 days!! I can consider myself lucky as some people wait way longer!
Worst customer service! Basically lying all the time and blame others.
They take your money saying they have the product. They do not have it and hope to gather enough money to start another production line in China. That is why you are waiting months and years for the product.
Dishonest scammers from the beginning to the end.
