Received a watered down, inneffective vial of Trizepatide via my AltRX prescription. Vial arrive quickly and cold, however it was clear from the beginning that this was not the same quality as the previous pharmacies had delivered. It had the consistency of water, burned on injection, and it did not leave the pink splotch under my skin from the b vitamins. By day three most of my symptoms had begun to return, and by day five it was clear the injection had no effect what so ever. After reading other reviews, it's obvious this is a recurring issue with this company. I canceled AltRx and went with a company that uses the top rated pharmacies only.

No sense of urgency, they've had a prescription for me for a week and it hasn't gone out, despite the fact I ran out this week and they're telling me it'll be middle of next week. Stunning indifference to what a customer needs. We were busy seems to be the goto explanation and zero sympathy for my situation, still won't be sending for almost a week. I was lucky to get a live person this time, the couple times i called before, I was directed to call another number...that directed me to call the first number. I get that they're busy, but the callousness to the situation of a paying customer, caught me off guard a bit. There has to be other companies that value paying customers.

I do not recommend medvi or link pharmacy!
Inconsistent in their compounding glp1 meds.

I received a GLP 1 medication from Link Pharmacy via Medvi that was shipped in a black canister ( which was a different packaging) from my previous ones. This shipment arrived with 2 blue tubes inserted in the canister along with medication everything arrived warm at best. I contacted Medvi via phone and email more than 5 times and they REFUSED to replace the product or issue a refund I requested they cancel my subscription and DO NOT RECOMMEND MEDVI/LINK Pharmacy

Link Pharmacy in Highland Village is partnered with a company called MEDVi, who provides online weight control meds such as GLP-1 types. I had no contact with Link but received a prescription purchased through MEDVi. It arrived three days late (the medication is perishable and is supposed to stay cold). The package was not only warm, it was utterly filthy like it had been laying on the floor of some dirty warehouse. This is an injectable medication. I refused to even open this package or use the product because it was shipped carelessly.

I asked for a refund or replacement and was denied both by MedVi. After numerous emails and phone calls with their offshore call center in Bangladesh - or wherever it is.

I strongly recommend not doing business with Link Pharmacy or MEDVi. I hope Link Pharmacy owners or management read this and disconnect with MEDVi. If I see any certain evidence of that happening, I will acknowledge and annotate this review.
