Very happy with customer service and the product
I had a minor problem with my order, but the customer service team did everything possible to fix it, and they succeeded. I’m very pleased with the product, and I've tried several similar items. There’s minimal lag when interacting with the selections on the screen, and up to now, it hasn’t caused the car display to freeze.

Sono davvero soddisfatto di questo acquisto. Il dispositivo è estremamente versatile e permette di utilizzare diverse app di navigazione anche offline, garantendo piena autonomia dallo smartphone. Oltre a Google Maps preinstallato, ho scaricato facilmente dal Play Store un’app per la gestione dei file GPX, che funziona alla perfezione. Il display vanta un’ottima luminosità, fondamentale per l'uso all'aperto. Nota di merito per il servizio post-vendita: sempre presente, rapido e disponibile anche solo per semplici chiarimenti.

Ottimo rapporto funzionalità/prezzo. Assistenza super
Ho acquistato il dispositivo LinkifunMT23 con dashcam Sony per la mia moto.
Ho scelto questo modello perchè aveva un rapporto funzionalità/prezzo molto vantaggioso e inoltre è uno dei pochi che è staccabile dalla moto (alla fine sono 2 connettori, 3 se consideriamo anche il sensore GPS esterno opzionale).
Purtroppo il primo dispositivo aveva dei problemi, si riavviava di continuo.
Ma l'assistenza (nella persona di EMMA nel mio caso) è intervenuta in maniera precisa, puntuale ed efficace e hanno risolto il problema: inizialmente con un nuovo cavo di alimentazione e in seguito con la sostituzione completa del dispositivo.
All'assistenza devo proprio dare il massimo dei voti.

Problems with international shipment
Problems with international shipment. I do not have yet the product and I am disappointed to extend to I start wondering if I it will be satisfied from the product and future support and services.
Support is very friendly so far and provides meaningful explanation but overall there seems to be gaps in shipping documents and shipment speed. For the price of the product I expect much more and even before getting the product I am disappointed.
