Picked up new Honda HR-V Hybrid Saturday 8th January, was due to collect 21/12/2021, but got let down by Honda Delivery.
Mark Mills at Lings Honda was very sorry but said it was out of his control.
He did managed to get the new date after a lot of emails etc.
He was very professional with the way he dealt with our purchase and with the hand over.
We are very pleased with the car and would recommend Lings Honda (Lowestoft).
I hope the aftercare will be just as good.

The salesperson I was assigned was professional and courteous. He took on board what I said I needed and didn't try to push extraneous services/ goods onto me. He gave me lots of time to decide to make sure I got what I was looking for - he also liked a bit of a chat, as do I, so I can't fault his soft skills at all. I was trading in another vehicle and the whole process was faff-free and didn't cause me any stress whatsoever.

Lings were great ! I love my new car . Gary the sales hit was honest and fair and answered all my queries . The car was immaculate when I picked it up as had been valeted and was shining .
