Appalling customer service the jumpsuit I ordered is terrible quality. I am trying to send it back it was 49 dollars they are offering me 8 dollars saying I will be charged duty and postage. I am now going through PayPal as I rejected that offer but they will not respond do not deal with this company.

If I could give less than one star I would. Complete scam. Stealing money. I ordered back in February and it is April I have still not received my order and I have requested a refund multiple times and have not received that either. COMPLETE SCAM

Returns are impossible.
But if you paid by CC, you can apply for a chargeback since the company does not answer, they will be considered a scam, and most likely the cc Company will refund you. If the purchase was made with a debit card, you can also try calling the bank.
I hope this helps all of you guys who were deceived by this company.

This company is a scam and outright stealing of peoples money. Clothes were of incredibly poor quality. I was offered a refund for two unavailable items that I never recieved yet no refund was ever provided. I emailed multiple times with no response.

It would have been 0 if possible. It’s a scam. I ordered clothes which are poor quality and when trying to return there was no reply. No return was possible. It’s polyester only, quite far from advertised linen

Received the two pieces I ordered. Very poor quality & looked nothing like the photos. Beware!

I placed an order and paid for two items on 1 February 2026. I did not receive any shipping confirmation or tracking information despite emailing the company multiple times.

After weeks of no communication, I finally received a response stating that one of the items was now “out of stock.” There was no explanation as to why this was not communicated earlier, and no clarification about the second item in my order.

At no point was any tracking information provided, and nothing was shipped.

I opened a PayPal dispute for “item not received,” and the refund was processed immediately. Without PayPal, I am not confident I would have received my money back.

Received order, poor quality. Emailed "customer services" 3 times since 20th February..website clauns emails will be responded to within 24 hours. Still awaiting response about how to start returns process.

Below one star would be more accurate. Ordered on January 18, did not receive a receipt. Two weeks went by and I tried to reach out to them and got no response. Another week went by with no response, finally received an email not answering my questions mind you but telling me to be patient. I can be patient if you respond and provide an actual receipt and answer my questions but this is obviously a scam that I fell for. I urge you not to order from this fraudulent company.

Scam sizing is so off and offered a refund but never gave it full of talk instead they said buy more never came on time too

Clothes arrived with stitching missing big gaping hole down the seem of the pants and terrible fit and quality. Nothing like the photos on website. Customer service ignored me until I opened a PayPal case and then sent harassing emails to me trying to get me to accept a $5 refund or pay $26 to return the item to them despite their refund policy stating that the customer isn’t responsible for return shipping if the item arrived defective. PayPal generously gave me a PayPal voucher to cover the entire amount so I didn’t have to pay the return shipping. But once again the merchant gets away with it. Disgraceful company

Such a scam. Ordered in June, did not receive my order, customer service keep asking me to wait. Now customer service AWOL.

Pessima esperienza, sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare su questo sito. Prodotti di bassissima qualità. I tempi di attesa sono estremamente lunghi, il pacco mi è arrivato dopo un mese. Ho richiesto il reso ma continuavano a propormi di tenere il capo o mi offrivano un rimborso di 9 dollari (su una spesa di 80).
