Great quality, fits were all as described on Linea and delivery was fast - can’t recommend enough!

Made an order from the US and package was received in a timely manner. More importantly, the jacket was excellent in quality and exceeded my expectations.

I order a jacket. They sent me a different one (for women instead men and different model).
I contacted them a reach an agreement that I had to sent the jacket back and they will send me the correct one or a full refund (what I payed + 17€ that I had to pay).
They were not able to find the correct Jacket and they refund me the price of it but not the taxes as agreed. I tried to contact them asking for that, but they simply disappeared.
Not a professional way to work.

Llevo intentando más de dos semanas devolver una prenda y no contestan de ninguna manera, he utilizado la via que tienen y no hay forma de recibir contestación. Me parece lamentable.

This company is refusing to cancel my orders for their cashmere sweaters, despite advising me of long delays on delivery - they are therefore in breach of the distance selling regulations and I will be referring to small claims court for a full refund plus costs. It is not behaving like a reputable business at this stage.

am still trying to get my refund also from this bogus product which is nothing like the jumper advertised. It has no labels to show any composition of the fabric, and is certainly not cashmere! It is stretchy which means it has to have some form of plastic in it. I have also been fobbed off with a 30% refund on the product. And was told it had no labels because of sustainability! What a joke! I will report them to trade descriptions if I do not get a full refund My order number is #L2766 and before you reply that it is from a different company, I have photographic evidence of the email with LineaBrand on the heading of the email with the order and tracking number. They are now trying to offer me a 40 % refund which is a joke.

Do not order from them! Ordered cashmere jumper which came from China several weeks after only to found out it was not a cashmere but plasticky crap! After requested the refund, they have offered me 30% back. I have questioned this and suddenly they sent an email that actually I am entitled to 10% refund as my item is from special sale collection!!! Not sure how they can operate on UK market if they are not complying to consumer law!

I ordered the cashmere khaki turtleneck, it arrived from China after 13 days after ordering and it looks nothing like the photos in the website, so disappointed. It has no label stating the percentage of materials used, nothing.

Just in case you will say I am an unverified customer, this is my order number L2716, order made on 22nd Jan 2024.

I don't usually write reviews but I want to warn people not to buy from this company.

A great company, perfect from start to finish. I ordered a pair of belstaff boots and they came within two days, perfectly packed at a super price.

They also trade under Linea Brand Liverpool, they are a bogus company, I ordered 3 jumpers which were meant to be Cashmere and none of them were, I emailed them three times to say I would like to return all the items for a refund however I have received no response, I have now contacted the Trading Standards Ombudsman to investigate them, thank fully I paid on Credit Card so I will be covered **BE WARNED**

Excellent shopping experience. There was at first a problem with Android on my phone but I could complete the buy on my PC. I contacted the owner who was very friendly and helpul. Delivery to Switzerland was extremely fast and efficient.

Your service is bad
The parcel arrived in bad external condition
Inside it was crumpled and pressed
The jacket (James Bond) is full of marks that I don't know if they can be cleaned
In general, the whole order is very poor for such a high cost (€1000)

Everything was perfect from the begining of my on-line order to the speedy delivery by FEDEX which for me is definitely the best and most efficient international courier.
Product display (colours, sizes, fabrics, etc.) well presented and described on web site. Product received perfectly matched the one ordered.

Great service, communication and delivery! I got it sipped faster than my orders from Canada or the US!

An excellent shopping experience: staff are attentive to your needs ie., which garment for your occasion and any height/ length issues. They went above and beyond to cancel my delivery and allow me to collect and kept me up to date at all times. Efficiency and (delivery) speed of service A*

They send emails saying order by the 22nd of December and you'll get your delivery by Xmas. I ordered on the 21st did not receive till the 27th. No correspondence from company telling me item had been dispatched
