Ordered a pair of Birkenstocks that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Paid £90 for them. However, arrived in low quality, bits of glue visible on the shoes and few little random marks but meant to be new. Emailed to ask about this. Had no reply, emailed 2/3 weeks ago now.

The shoes are damaged with marks on them.
I asked for a return but no reply

Couldn’t fulfil a request to change order address and then failed to ship the item in time for NDD. Even called prior to confirm as I needed for a holiday, and I didn’t even mind it going to the original address. Poor customer service from you guys.

Linea sent an HERNO coat stinking of perfume. I returned it immediately and they insisted I pay for the return freight or I would not receive a refund. It states clearly in their return policy that they are responsible for the freight on damaged goods, which this was. They claim the coat does not smell. I will be submitting a claim to AMEX.

No correspondence on delivery timescale once sale processed. Had to chase them up and was told the jacket in stock had a faulty zip so they have sent for another one from the manufacturer (would have been nice to be informed of this instead of waiting in limbo).
