The entire process through purchase to installation of a gas boiler went smoothly and without any issues or complications. Limegreen and their installation team provided an excellent professional service without the pressures and stress from some other (Large nationwide) providers.

I had air con units installed by Limegreen last October... best decision ever! Communication with the company was great and the guys that did the initial survey and those that installed it were brilliant. Thanks Karl and Paul. They did a fab job and I am SO glad to have the air conditioning this summer.

Had our air con fitted last week - great timing for the recent heatwave. We had 4 units, one of which was in our unused conservatory. It has been too hot to use in the summer and too cold in the winter. I didn’t imagine we would be able to use it in a heatwave with temperatures outside of 37’ but we have and it’s one of the coolest rooms in the house despite being South facing. The team were fantastic - turning up when they said they would and leaving every room tidy. The outside unit had a small leak of water, so I rang and an engineer was out two days later to sort it. They would’ve been out the following day if it had been convenient for me. Would highly recommend this company - everyone I have spoken to have been so helpful and quick to respond. Very competitive prices and great customer service.

I recently had air conditioning installed by Limegreen and couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish.

Rhys carried out an initial telephone survey followed by an in-person visit after I had some questions about one of the proposed units. He took the time to listen to my concerns, put my mind at ease, and came up with an alternative solution that worked perfectly for my needs.

The installation was completed by Paul and his two apprentices, Jack and Alfie. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and clearly took great pride in their work. Paul was absolutely excellent throughout the installation. He was friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain each stage of the process, ensuring I understood exactly what was happening and was comfortable with every aspect of the installation. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he was always happy to answer my questions with patience and enthusiasm. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and his attention to detail gave me complete confidence that the job was being done to the highest standard.

Paul, Jack, and Alfie worked efficiently while keeping mess and disruption to an absolute minimum. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and they left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished.

Jack and Alfie were fantastic as well—hard-working, polite, and a real credit to both Limegreen and the profession. It was great to see young apprentices showing such dedication and professionalism.

Overall, a first-class experience with excellent customer service, communication, and workmanship throughout. The entire team was a pleasure to deal with, and Paul in particular was a standout ambassador for the company.

Limegreen knew what they were doing ,from start to finish. The surveyor identified what was needed and explained to us what would subsequently happen. Rhys at sales was always very helpful and the fitting team we had was exceptional. They arrived on site at 8am on a really hot day when and were very professional in their work and cleaned up after themselves 100%. The Commissioning Guy arrived promptly and was very polite and professional and fully explained how the system works.
We would definitely recommend Limegreen.

Limegreen have recently installed a compressor and 5 indoor units to my property. Paul, Installation Engineer, has been super helpful ensuring a quality installation - nothing was too much trouble. I have used Limegreen in the past to have a boiler replaced and to fit a shower. I was extremely happy with the work out and decided to have my solar panels, battery and iboost fitted with Limegreen.
The whole process was very efficient and stress free. All of the staff I encountered were extremely helpful and obliging. I don’t know the names of the men who fitted the solar panels but they worked extremely hard during the heatwave in May. They were very respectful of my property and extremely polite. They were very tidy and removed all the packaging etc. Matt the electrician was very efficient and helpful. A special mention to Jon who supervised the whole process from start to finish and kept me fully updated and helped with the paperwork side of things. I would highly recommend Limegreen

I’m very happy with my gas fire, had lots of help and advice in the showroom.
The gas engineers did an amazing job, would highly recommend.

Left my Tenanted Flat Without Heating for months insisting they had installed the parts correctly.
I ended up paying to Get the Boiler Manufacturers in to take a look & they confirmed LimeGreen had indeed Ordered the wrong Part.
So, I wouldnt touch them with a barge poll and am in the process of taking them to the Small Claims court. It will also be interesting to see there long winded reply trying to get out of it below, but I have all the evidence.

Following our boiler ceasing to work we approached Limegreen, from the very of the process (sales) to the installation they have been fantastic, we cannot Fault them and will be recommending them as the go to for heating and shower options.
