Ordered nail wraps for my grandaughter, what I received was lovely, a handwritten note thanking me for my order and a free set of wraps to practice with. Thank you 🥰

Ok I’m the most skeptical person, but I went ahead and bought some. I really love them. Easy to use and they look great. If I have to wait a couple weeks to get them so what. I used alcohol on nails first, and used a topcoat and they’re great. People have to understand that your nails are not going to look like a nail salon job. They still look nice for $2.99 a set. You can’t even buy them at the dollar general for $2.99. I’m very happy with this product.

Started out as a promising option and I was in love. Something changed and things have never been the same. I've noticed glitter and pattern wraps are fine but every time I use a solid color, they bubble up in less than twelve hours. Customer Service has always been excellent but the product has become a disappointment.

Beautiful Shades and patterns, and an excellent price. Step by Step Clear instructions on how to use... and yes I still missed the plastic cover on the top. It took a while to come, but at that price am prepared to wait - Excellent Customer service - I suggested a look I fancied, and they came straight back to show me similar! Great! Good Job Guys!

I waited over 6 weeks for my delivery to then have to chase it up and be told that it must have been lost.
Wouldn't bother if you actually want to receive your items!

I can't be happier with this company. The product is great fun and works well, but what make it 5 stars is the attention paid to the customer! Cute packaging too!

I received one order and all of the wraps were not the ones I ordered. I had already put in a second order and I never received it. I will never order from them again!

I got my order about 1 week after i ordered. That's 1 week faster than they promised. When i opened the envelope i found a personalized note, an informational sheet for customer service and a hand- made origami paper thing (i accidently messed that up trying to remove it 😆) they also sent me an extra free set "for practice" which I used first. I wouldn't have purchased that color but I like it anyway! There's a wide selection of patterns and colors to choose from. They are very similar to the other stick on polish sets, but the price was right and shipping was free! I only ordered 1 set too! I used a UV cured top coat and they look professional. I will order again.

These are too good. They even included an emory board and cuticle stick! Arrived way early. Such a lovely note included with a free strip of nails!

I love my lily and fox wraps. I am 76 and they were easy to apply.

I've been using lily & fox nail wraps for years and have loved them! They used to be the only thing that stays long-term on my nails. BUT THEY'RE DIFFERENT NOW. I don't know if they changed the formula or what, but they don't stay on for anything anymore. They used to stay on for weeks. Now they fall off after a day or two. I use the exact same method I always have to apply them. They're also more stiff and crack more easily now. Every time I reapply one, two more come off, sigh. BRING BACK THE OLD, GOOD LILY & FOX!!!

I placed my order and it was confirmed May 31,2026.
I paid $1.99 for 5–8-day delivery. I still have not received the order and my date for needing the nails has passed.

It has a clear plastic coating on the top of each nail so when you peel them off you have 10 of those little clear tops all over your house. The nails did not stay on for more than 4 days and that was with a top coat. Cheap but not worth it.

Four nails chipped within 24 hours of putting them on. Even though I’d put an extra clearcoat over them. I wish I could post a picture.

I reviewed these early but now I’m loving them! It’s taken time to get them right but now if you use a decent base and a few top coats they will last over a week. So many lovely designs. I get compliments on my nails all the time! Stick with it as they are well worth £1.99. Only downside is that they take around 3 weeks to arrive.

This is my third time ordering from Lily n Fox. I love their designs n how easily they go on. I put a top coat on n they last for ab 3 wks. My only wish is they had 1 more larger size bc I have 3 fingers that r the same width buuut that's more of a me problem. I will still continue to order from them. Great service.

The test set went on great, but came off on day 3. It was the thumb nail that came off and none of the extras are large enough to cover a thumb. I tried the glitter set next and they kept breaking as I was applying them so that was a waste of a set. I tried an almost sheer set with glitter next and struggled to get them on. I doubt they’ll stay on very long. I’m noticing their different textures (glitter v designs) are just different beasts to apply. The $3 price point is great, but it’s a real time investment to get these on and I’m finding they don’t last that long.

I was so impressed by my experience with this company. My first wraps arrived quickly and with a hand written note, an extra set of nail wraps for free to practice with, and a cute little origami fox. The wraps are great and look even better in person. They seem to stay on well. I have ordered a second time and those arrived well ahead of the estimated time frame. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience in every way.

Waited weeks for them to arrive. Have used gel nail wraps from various companies, lily and fix wraps are very fragile, tore when pressing them on, didn't stick well at all, don't waste your money they're better versions on the market

Overall I was excited. I recieved them in a timely manner. I briefly looked at my order when it came. All appeared to be there 5 sets.
However when I went to apply a set 2 months later I noticed one of my comors was missing. I did order 5 and 5 did arrive. However they included a tryout set(pale pink) for free. Thought that was cool of them...but then noticed one of the colors(pure white) I ordered was not in my package.
I emailed customer support. They asked for an image to prove what I received. To help indicate the pale pink color I took image on white background. They came back asking for more of a close up.
At this point I just screw it. It clearly showed the color and I cannot fight for knowing they messed up. Horrible customer service not trusting a customer even after evidence was clearly provided.
Also even after following all the rules they started to peel and tear. They lasted literally less than a day. I might as well go get a manicure and least I get to be pampered.
