I placed an order for a set of glasses. The website states that all orders are processed within 3 business days. Mine never shipped. I sent a note 9 days later and was promised a response within 3 days. No response. I then sent another note, stating that I wanted to cancel the order and requested a refund. They responded that the order would ship the following week. I once again stated that I did not want the order and they stopped responding. I filed a complaint with PayPal and will dispute the charge. I will never order from this site again.

The item that was shipped was MUCH SMALLER AND LESS DETAILED then the item in the website. It even had a scuff on it so shows it wasnt new. And when I asked for a refund, they wanted to give me a 10% refund otherwise I would have to pay for shipping back to them. And the package listed a us address but it actually overseas!!!! Such a terrible scam and I was very disappointed!!

Buyer Beware! Horrible! I ordered a throw in “blush” pink and received “pepto” pink! The throw was $99, the cost to return was $130. They indicate on their website that their offices are in California. Your only choice is to return the item to CHINA! Because they are IN China!

First, even though this website/merchant lists an address in Wyoming they are not an American retailer. Anything you order is sent from China. Therefore, when you receive the item and it has been not described correctly on their website and/or it is inferior quality you will have to pay shipping costs back to China for a refund. Their merchandise is overpriced garbage. Please do not support this merchant.

Extremely disappointing, false advertising, products look nothing like what was advertised ie the Kraken decanter. When I complained they offered a 20% refund or return it but although they are in the USA the stock is in China and it costs you just as much as the product to send back.

Boy I wish I had read reviews as I normally do before making my purchase. I hate when companies say they are here in the US and if accurate by some of these reviews products are shipped from China. Regulations about this need improvement. COMPANIES SHOULD BE MANDATED IF THEIR PRODUCT IS SHIPPED FROM CHINA!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEIR QUALITY IS CHEAP AND THEY OFFER A FULL REFUND BUT WHEN IT COMES DOWN THE SHIPPING COST TO RETURN IS NOT WORTH IT. THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR, they are cheap and nasty.

Home purchase (not a home yet, but an online one) perfectly satisfied.

Much to mu surprise, this home decor item absolutely surpassed my expectations.

I ordered two octopus decanters separately. They both arrived separately and were broke. I messaged the company with pictures and received a quick response saying they will replace them both. They communicated regularly until I received both items. They were both in perfect condition and beautiful.

I purchased a dragon light. When it arrived the light didn't work. I spoke to Katrina at Lily and Eden. I explained that as I lived in New Zealand the cost of returning the dragon light to America was very expensive. Katrina asked me to send a video of the light not working which I did. Katrina then organized a replacement. I am very happy with the service from Lilyandeden. Thank you Katrina.

Loved it and I am sure our two sons-in-law,s will feel the same way.
I belief you would have to go a long way to try and beat this team. From first contact they came across as a business that is run like a clock and to be fair, a business that us Aussies should support.

I was looking for a gift for a grieving friend. I found a figure of an angel holding a cardinal. It was dainty, pretty, and conveyed just the right sentiment to serve as a reminder of her sister. The order process was simple, their customer service was excellent, and the angel was packaged very well.

A piece was missing from my order and I got fast friendly service for replacement! Plus, my gift was a huge hit!

Hello Everyone!
We LOVE our crow light. It adds some fun to our reading area and we chose it because, I needed a lamp and, we have resident crows (Larry, Mo, and Curly) who leisurely stroll through our garden every morning.  That being said, recently one of the cute little bulbs blew out and made a sizzle noise and the company sent us replacement bulbs for all of our lamps

I was disappointed (but not surprised) that stock was shipped directly from China. My charcuterie board was poorly packaged and arrived broken. however upon contacting Katrina from Lilyandeden a replacement was immediately dispatched, and arrived well packaged.

It started out disappointing as goods arrived damaged but once I contacted the company the response was immediate, apologetic and totally supportive. They couldn't of been more helpful in resolving the matter promptly. Replacement goods were received in tip top condition so one very happy shopper now!!!

After receiving my broken Rustic Cow Charcuterie Board, I spoke to Katrina and advised her of the condition.

She straight away sent a new order to come to me asap. Once i received the new Rustic Cow Charcuterie Board, i saw it was delivered in way better packaging and in one piece.

I ordered the Mermaid with Moon lamp for my little great niece for her birthday/Valentine’s Day. Living in Florida, I ordered it and had it sent her in California. Unfortunately, it arrived broken and I was so upset about. I contacted Lily and Eden and explained the situation and they said that they would replace it immediately. Unbelievably, they sent a replacement mermaid lamp to her within the week. Your company made an old aunt and her little niece very happy. She loves it and according to my nephew, she watches the lamp as she falls asleep. You have a loyal customer in me and I will be shopping with you in the future. Thank you again.
