To add - I had £38.40 deducted from my refund, a “restocking fee”, I used Klarna to pay. I’ve just had to pay £38.40 AGAIN (2 months later) through Klarna to avoid a negative impact on my credit file. Just under £80 on an item I don’t even have ☺️

I’m not sure why you are lying? I have bought a product from you before - a u-part wig, of which the lace required to be removed before wearing, so I’ve no idea where this other product you’re talking about has come from. I have NOT bought the same unit twice. Get what you pay for, poor product and terrible customer service.

Made to order, is not the same as bespoke. Anyway, how can a “made to order product” be delivered within 3 days of ordering? Because it’s not made to order perhaps :)

Thanks, you’ve further made my point! I did not order bespoke, hence the speedy delivery, and businesses are not allowed to charge a restocking fee to consumers. What you’re doing is very wrong.

I have 3 wigs from Lilly’s hair and they’re fabulous and very dense. Just recently sent it one for hair infill service and they’ve done a fabulous job. All of my wigs are blonde! I highly recommend and will totally return to buy more wigs

Lily’s hair is so natural and so on point, not a single soul was able to tell I was wearing a wig and I’m absolutely amazed myself by the attention to details. The color they custom made for me and every thing about this wig makes me confident while going through chemo 💖 thank you Lily’s hair!

Found that shop because of the good reviews on here, ordered my first one and was not dissapointed. Recently i bought my second wig from there and i love the quality.
A lot of other shops have beautiful wigs and after a few washes they look like a birds nest. Not here. With proper care, the wigs from this shop look beautiful even after months wearing it daily. The wig always comes almost ready to wear and i look as fresh out of the saloon. The scalp is super realistic and the knots are already bleached. I wear wigs for quiet some time now and i never felt that good and confident. Thanks lillyshair ❤️

Sent the wig back due to the lace having a hole inside it and there being no adjustable strap inside as promised. Have proof of delivery but I haven’t been refunded and they’re not responding to any emails, messages or phone calls. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and I will be taking this further. Quick enough to take your money but won’t refund you when there’s an issue and just ignore you. Trading standards will be getting involved if I don’t get a refund asap!!

I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. My wig was delivered three weeks late and I had to constantly chase them up. I later found out the reason for the delay was because they hadn’t paid enough postage and Royal Mail wouldn’t release my package until I’d paid the outstanding fee! When I placed my order, it says on their website that delivery is free. I emailed Lillyshair to ask for a refund on the postage I’d paid. It’s been a week now and I still haven’t received a refund. Once they have your money, they don’t really care about after sales service!!!

I’ve been wearing hair pieces of all different variations for over 10 years. As I’m someone that has always struggled with their hair, and experienced hair loss. But in July 2022 I decided to buy a U-Part Wig from LillysHair, and it’s genuinely changed my life! My hair is blue… So I get Santana (Platinum Blonde), and then I dye it blue myself. It looks absolutely fabulous! Honestly, it’s the best hair that I’ve ever had! I’ve brought 2 U-Part Wigs from LillysHair now, and I’m hoping to buy another one soon :)

After being let down by my normal wig company after months and months of waiting I decided to try lillyshair....
I could not be more pleased with my experience, I explained my situation and that I was getting desperate for a new wig I ordered what I thought was the right colour and within 5 days it arrives, the wig looked great but unfortunately the colour just was not what I wanted, so I emailed straight to her, she was extremely helpful and we organise a call so we go the colour right, after a video call the same day she know exactly what I needed, it arrived only days later.
To say I'm happy to is an understatement, lilly was amazing so supportive on was was becoming a very stressful situation for me and the wig is beautiful. As any one out there knows wigs are not just a pair of shoes they allow us to leave the house with confidence we deserve.
I can only thank lillyshair for this.

Look no further, this is it. From cost to quality, Lilly has it. I’ve bought many units from her and all of them are better than any wig I’ve bought from anywhere else, AND none of them has cost as much as what I’ve spent in the past elsewhere. I’ve had alopecia all my life and universalis for the past 10 years so wigs have been a friend and foe of mine for a long, long time. Sometimes you have to take a loss on a wig because returns are difficult with hair and quality is even more tricky. At least with Lilly, I know I am getting the best of the best. Customer for life!

LillysHair is easily the best wig supplier I have ever used. I started wearing wigs a few years ago and have since tried literally dozens of suppliers around the US, having lived in NYC, Miami, and LA. Nothing else even comes close. My own family doesn’t even know that I wear wigs…that’s how realistic LillysHair units are.

The knots are bleached to perfection. The coloring is phenomenal. There’s no weird musty or chemical smell. The cap construction makes the units fit like a glove. The hair is totally cuticle aligned and flows as if it were growing out of my scalp. The units arrive in days…and I live across the world from the factory. Importantly, I have only experienced top-notch customer service for all of the ten or so units that I’ve purchased so far. I would give more than five stars if I could. Highly recommend.

long time customer, ive purchased 4 wigs from Lilly's Hair, over the last 2 years. ive always struggled with matting in wigs including Lilly's hair. As someone who has struggled massively with Alopecia it can be very inconvenient having to brush my 'hair' due to extensive matting so often. 1 out of the 4 wigs i own has never matted and the quality of the hair is noticibly better then the rest, so i decided to purchase, what i thought was the exact same wig again. after a month of wear the second wig was matting so greatly, the hair is now so much thinner and broken. I've contacted Lilly's hair multiple times in the past about the matting and was just told to buy there hair care products (ive done my own research on products and never chanaged them) I had quite a rude unproductive response telling me to buy more of there products when it was clear the problem is the hair quality and not my products. ive rceently emailed a few times asking to buy simply buy the wig i am meant to be paying for. for the price of the product i really hoped i would receive the quality that i am being promised. sadly no response after 3 emails addressing this. honestly it seems like a lucky dip if you're buying there "100% human hair"...

I am so pleased! I have been.wearing wigs for years now due to alopecia and have had hit and misses having to buy online. I was so pleased to be able to.go to lillys hair and actually try things on, the staff could not have been better! The fit was great and I asked for a colour change, I expected to wait and was emailed it was ready the next day! They fit and cut it for.me. the price was cheaper than what I have paid for before and is the best quality I have ever had. Also the length was amazing, the 20.inches was longer than what I have paid extra for before! I will be back x

I had only read and seen a lot of good things so far. That's why I decided to go for a Front Lace. The shipping was quite fast, and I couldn't wait to unpack and try on the wig. However, I was disappointed when I unpacked it; the front strands looked dry and damaged. It was also too big, which I initially blamed on myself despite careful measurements. But reading negative reviews here, it seems to have happened quite often.

To make matters worse, my order wasn't complete; the ordered Grip Band was missing. I tried to contact customer support through the LIVE Chat on the website, but there was no response. So, I sent an email and received a rather unsatisfactory response after over a day, suggesting that washing the "dry" strands would resolve the issue.

The missing item was initially ignored until I followed up, and they said they would include the missing Grip Band in my next order. I placed a second order with hair care products, but the missing Grip Band still wasn't included.

There has been no response from customer service regarding this issue. The dry strands improved slightly with the hair care products, but they still aren't in great condition. Overall, the customer service is really poor, but the wig itself is decent. Whether it's worth $1200 for a second time, I'm not sure yet.

Absolutely delighted with my wig from Lillyshair. Im undergoing chemotherapy and have found it a struggle to find anything natural looking in Ireland. I came across Lillyshair instagram page and fell inlove with the wigs.I got Courtney lace front and it couldn’t be more perfect. Cant be more thankful to have such a perfect wig and gain my confidence back through this tough time. Also got the hair care kit and its amazing huge size products and everything u need to take care of your wig. Would recommend to anyone such a lovely company and one of a kind (havent seen anything better than these!) 💗

My experience with Lilly’s Hair has been amazing! I was a bit skeptical at first because they was a lot cheaper than other wig companies but wow I was so wrong!! The hair quality is the best I’ve had and the lace is totally invisible. I had the wig within 2 days of ordering it which is amazing considering I’ve waited months for other wigs that haven’t been as good quality. I already can’t wait to buy from Lilly’s Hair again! I cannot recommend these wigs enough, thank you xx

Initially I wasn’t happy with the first piece I received. While I did have to pay international shipping to send it back, I am still giving Lily a wonderful review. Lily did everything she could to make things right. She fixed the issue and helped me troubleshoot some challenges I was having with the new piece. I would definitely order from Lily again. I am happy with product and quality.
