Zeer slechte service en product van slechte kwaliteit
Ik geloof dat de reviews hier niet kloppen want mijn producten waren scheef en krom, slechte kwaliteit. Contact opgenomen en ze hadden me beloofd om een nieuwe set toe te sturen maar hier wacht ik al maanden op, heb ook niks meer gehoord van ze. Ze reageren ineens niet meer op de mail. Zeer slechte service en een zeer slecht product.

Ich habe zuerst eine Bewertung mit einem Stern gegeben, nachdem ein Ohrring gleich beim ersten öffnen kaputt geworden ist. Nachdem ich meine Bewertung hier hinterlassen habe, hat mich der Kundenservice kontaktiert und mir angeboten, mir die Ohrringe nochmal zu senden mit 10% Preisnachlass. Nachdem die Ohrringe jetzt bei mir angekommen sind, gibt es von mir 4 Sterne für den tollen Kundenservice.

I received my order with delay
I received my order with delay. Also I received an email 2 fdays ago that was also send on 21/11 but never received stating one item from my order was unavailable which wasn't the case in the end but got me confused and anxious if I would receive everything or not.

Our order was sent and handed over to the courier within the span of 24 hours.
Once this is handed over to the courier, this is their sole responsibility to deliver it within 2 days. We do not have control over it.
GLS left an announcement regarding the extra busy days. - Especially during the holiday season, we do everything we can to deliver your parcel on time. As always, we do this with the right amount of care and attention. However, during this extra busy period, it is possible that your parcel will be delivered a little later than you are used to from us.
