I received my order with delay
I received my order with delay. Also I received an email 2 fdays ago that was also send on 21/11 but never received stating one item from my order was unavailable which wasn't the case in the end but got me confused and anxious if I would receive everything or not.

Once this is handed over to the courier, this is their sole responsibility to deliver it within 2 days. We do not have control over it.
GLS left an announcement regarding the extra busy days. - Especially during the holiday season, we do everything we can to deliver your parcel on time. As always, we do this with the right amount of care and attention. However, during this extra busy period, it is possible that your parcel will be delivered a little later than you are used to from us.

Terrible locks
The locks on the earnings are absolutely awful. I bought 4 pairs. 2 were for my friend's birthday. So, I don't know yet about them but hopefully they're better. However 2 of my pairs... TRIPLE has a really long stud that also bends extremely easily. I was just trying to lock the earring and it was all bent because of a little bit force in the wrong direction. And RUBY's locks are just awful. They unlocked in my ears three times, last one was because I was brushing my hair. I had to make the locks a bit smaller with pliers. They're still pretty easy to unlock but seem to be at least holding in ears.
For 30 euros I expected a better quality. Earrings are beautiful and nice to look at but I'm afraid I won't be looking at them for too long

Boucles d'oreilles jamais reçues
Ma soeur m'a commandée des boucles d'oreille il y a presque un an, pour Noel 2021. Je ne les ai toujours pas reçu malgré deux tentatives d'envoi de leur part qui n'ont pas abouti. J'ai ensuite envoyé 4 ou 5 mails auxquels je n'ai pas eu de réponse pour comprendre la situation. Je trouve cela inadmissible, d'autant plus que ma soeur a payé les boucles d'oreille. Si l'envoi de ces dernières ne sont pas possibles, nous aurions pu avoir un remboursement. Je ne comprends vraiment pas et suis très déçue de cette marque.
