This is a final follow-up regarding my order #44126, placed on December 10, 2025 (total €26.45).

The order is still marked as Paid and Unfulfilled, and I have never received the items, nor any tracking information or shipping confirmation.

Please note that if I do not receive either:

valid tracking details and proof of shipment, or

a full refund to my original payment method

within 7 days, I will proceed with a payment dispute (chargeback) through my bank/payment provider, due to non-delivery of goods.

I would prefer to resolve this matter directly with you and avoid further action.

I had ordered before with no issues but I am on of the hundreds it seems people they ghosted and never received their items from November orders. I tried to get in contact with them multiple times and they just stopped replying to my emails. Currently opening a dispute with them through my bank.

I'm so disappointed. I've ordered from them multiple times in the past and never had any issues. I genuinely liked their products. But now they've ghosted me like so many others. They ignore my emails, Instagram posts (if they don't straight up delete them) or any other form of communication I can find. Do not order from them anymore! You won't get your products. They were once an actual store with actual products. However, I believe somewhere along the line they've drifted off into scam-land.

EDIT: They are still deleting comments on instagram and DO NOT answer emails, but try to act all high and mighty on Trustpilot. Please please don't be fooled!

Niet kopen, onbetrouwbaar !!!Heb een bestelling geplaats op 19 januari 2026. Tot nu toe niets ontvangen. Ook geen reactie gekregen op e-mails. Slechte zaak.

Ordered 29th November and have still not received my order. My emails asking for an update are ignored. Will never order from Lilly's Amsterdam again.

Ordered at the start of November, over 2 months later and nothing has arrived. Customer service fobs off with 'Oh it's definitely on the way' and quotes supply issues. They've ignored my repeated requests for a refund. Any decent company would advise you of a delay and keep you in the loop, nothing from them at all. I suspect they are a scam sadly - do not give these people money. UPDATE - END of MARCH - claimed the money back from Mastercard and have just heard they are disputing the transaction, even though I never received the jewellery I ordered.

Begin december een bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Tot op heden niets ontvangen. Het bedrijf reageert niet op mails en dm's, 0 reactie. Niet bestellen bij dit bedrijf. Je kunt fluiten naar je geld!

Warning - fraud company! They withdraw the money right away, but never send the goods. I have sent 8 emails to them - they haven’t replied on any. It’s been two months now.

Am 3.1. Ohrringe bestellt, die bis heute noch nicht angekommen sind. Warte nun schon 4 Wochen und auf meine mails keine Antwort. Ich habe um Rückzahlung meines Geldes gebeten, aber ich denke, Geld und Ohrringe sind verloren.

Update: nach etlichen emails immer noch keine Antwort. Meine Bestellung habe ich auch nicht erhalten. es sind inzwischen über 6 Wochen. Schwache Leistung, lillys amsterdam!!!

Niets kopen!!!! Ook ik ben al 5 weken aan het wachten. Wordt niet gereageerd op de klantenservice. 🙄

Ordered 10th December. Now 25th January and no sign of it being shipped. Received an email 3 weeks ago after I asked what was going on and they quoted supplier issues and offered a measly 10% discount. but that it would be shipped the following week. Still not shipped. No further replies to emails. Either a really disorganised company or a scam

Placed an order never rcvd and they replied with automated emails not addressing the issue

Mijn bestelling 24 december geplaatst en nu een maand later nog steeds niks ontvangen..meerdere malen gemaild totaal geen reactie. Een zeer onbetrouwbaar onprofessioneel en onbeschoft bedrijf. Bestel hier niks alsjeblieft!!!!!

Op 14 december een paar oorbellen gekocht als kerstcadeau. Tot op heden niets ontvangen en geen reactie op mijn emails. Waardeloos!

Mijn moeder heeft op 1 december 2025 oorbellen besteld en betaald en nog steeds - na inmiddels 52 dagen - niks ontvangen. Geen reactie op haar e-mailberichten en dus ook geen geld terug. Waardeloos.

Ich habe vor circa einem Monat eine Bestellung aufgegeben mit der angegebenen Versanddauer von 5-8 Tagen. Nachdem vor einer Woche der Sendestatus sich nicht verändert hatte, fragte ich per Mail über 1 Woche 3 Mal per Mail beim Hersteller nach, ein Mal per Instagram und erhielt keine Antwort!

I have bought from this company before with no issues and have been happy with the items received. However (and there appears to be a consistent trend looking at other reviews here) I placed an order (#44049) on 28 November 2025 and have still not received it. I initially received a generic email (around beginning of December) saying the order would be slightly delayed, but since then, nothing. I have contacted customer services on multiple occasions now (email, Instagram) and have received NO response. They appear to have an issue in fulfilling orders and yet have no issue in taking the money (I was charged back in November). I will be escalating this, but I wanted to warn others. Do not buy from this website. Such a shame and disappointment.

Cela fait depuis début novembre que j’attend ma commande, j’ai envoyé plusieurs mails on m’a répondu deux fois avec en plus un mail automatique qui me propose 10% sur ma prochaine commande. Je n’ai même pas eu la première vous ne pensez quand même pas que je vais recommander chez vous.
