The watch i bought doesnt fit right. The website says that you can return and get a refund if done before 14 days. I have received my watch of march 31st, and been trying to get the return info for the last week sending two emails and filling the return form info on their website. I have received zero info on how and where to return. Really bad customer service. Be carefull, you might get stuck with a pricey watch that is not right for you

This company is a joke, they’re scammers!!! They don’t answer emails, never refunded my money back. They don’t have any customer service number so you can’t even talk to an actual person aside from emails that YOU WILL NEVER GET A RESPONSE TO. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST BUYING FROM THEM, BEWARE.

Still waiting on a refund on a watch I never got and ordered February 16th. Still being told by "customer service" that it's been sent in the mail. It was never given to USPS. Do not buy from here.

Don’t buy this brand! My wife got me a watch as a Christmas gift and we noticed quickly that it is not properly working. Ethan from customer service send us some tips which of course didn’t work and dragged out the correspondence to eventually tell us that now it is too late to return it. They are probably aware of the malfunction and try to avoid accepting returns as much as they can.

bought a watch for my wife and myself, hers is running great, mine sometimes stops and with a quick turn of the button it goes again.

like the minimalist look of the ones we bought, overall a good buy !

Like many of the people here, I ordered a watch that was listed as “in stock” from their website based on a google ad they’d placed. And, like many of the people here, I got an order confirmation email but it’s now four weeks later and the watch has not shipped. Initial inquiries via email were responded to claiming that the watch was on back order and would “ship soon” but it still hasn’t. It’s been over a month now and they did not reply to my inquiry today. If they don’t get back to me soon I’ll have to dispute the charge on my credit card and report them to the BBB. Bummer, cause the watch looked nice in the photos.

Ordered 2 watches. One came not working. Returned but refund has been a very difficult to get. Customer service can only be done online and response is poor. Still trying to get my full refund after close to one month.

Ordered a watch Dec 30, which was supposed to be delivered in 3 - 6 business days. Visa charged immediately, of course. Two weeks later I had heard nothing so followed up - took 3 emails before received an answer. Was finally told the watch was out of stock and I could cancel my order and receive a refund (which would take 5-8 business days). Still waiting for the refund more than 2 weeks later. Have received a few “sympathetic” emails but no action. Horrible inventory control and customer service! Will never deal with this company again.

Read the reviews and decided to order a watch anyway. They didn't send a shipping notice until I emailed them 3 weeks later. At that point they told me that they didn't have my strap and it would take another month to come in or they could give me a different strap. I asked for a full refund. A few days later they emailed to confirm that they would issue a refund and 2 hours later, I got a shipping notice email. Told them I had asked for a refund, with their confirmation, and they said they couldn't do anything about it.

I somehow got the watch with the right strap a week later (apparently they found the strap). It's not nearly the quality I expected though. There's no manual, warranty, nothing in the box either. You get more out of Fossil sadly. I asked for a refund, again.

All this to say, terrible service and not worth the hassle. Very fishy practice.

I liked the design but was wary of the quality.
Once it arrived I was very happy. It's very well made. There is great attention to detail to everypart of the watch. For the price the watch can't be beat. Will buy again soon

Great watches, I’ve bought 3 so far. Customer service takes some time for responses but were able to reply nonetheless.

Overall, really nice watches for the price and great styles.

Ordered this watch as a birthday gift for my husband and he loves it. The engraving is nice, I wish it was bigger though. Also when the watch arrived one of the back screws was loose and just sitting at the box. I would recommend as a nice not super expensive watch.

The watch is exactly what I wanted. The design is eye catching and has impressed people who noticed it. I had some difficulty adjusting to the clasp but now it poses no problem. For the Monty it is well worth it and I would rectify to potential buyers.

An impulse buy I would not repeat. Basically cheap watch and nice design. Pricey for what it is. I gave it away......

I wanted a watch that looked classic and had an interesting watch face colour. I love the dark green watch face and after many months of wear, it still looks brand new!

I purchased the Huxley Silver Bordeaux watch from Lilienthal Berlin. I had been looking for a watch with a red dial and minimalist design and theirs was exactly what I was looking for. The watch arrived promptly after ordering, and I have been very happy with the quality and look of it. The red dial is really striking, and I have received several compliments from strangers about the watch which is always a good sign. Would definitely recommend Lilienthal Berlin to others looking for sharp watches at a reasonable price.

The watch is quite elegant with clear-to-read dials and the added blue hint. Photos online don't due justice. Customer support could be improved. On the two separate occasions, I contacted customer support, the response times were around 3 to 7 days respectively. Shipping speed was around 7 days. I purchased the mesh strap and leather strap; both are of good quality.

I recently purchased a Lilienthal watch, and I absolutely love it! The fit and style are perfect, with a sleek and minimalist design that pairs well with anything. The shipping was incredibly fast, and the customer service was top-notch throughout the entire process. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they send my item incredibly late (the watch took over two weeks to arrive), but they are currently ignoring my requests for a refund. I returned the watch two days after receiving it, having not even removed it from the box and they have yet to issue me a refund because they claim they have a "7 day inspection", and then following that up to 7 days for the funds to return to me. They received the return on August 7th and I still have not gotten my money back and it is mid September. When I email to get updates I get the same reply of "our warehouse is behind schedule" but this should have nothing to do with me getting my money back for an item returned following their policies.
