Scam company - will take your money and not send items.
Ordered goods from here - only option was to take next day delivery at almost 9 pounds delivery fee. Goods have not arrived. Have sent multiple emails, and also sat for almost an hour waiting for someone to respond to their live chat box, and getting no response from the company. Wish I had found these reviews from others earlier.

I used Lightbox to order toys for the my daughter's birthday, I ordered the item on 13th April and it still hasn't arrived. When ordering the item the shipping guidelines were 10 - 18 business days meaning the items should arrive on approx 9th May. When I contacted the company they advised that the shipping was 38 days and even then I need to allow another 10 days for the postal service once the shipping process has been completed. Very unsatisfactory service

Probable fake product
I ordered a Fidget cube from here for my daughter's Christmas for £15.99. I then found the official FidgetCube website... they sell here for £19.99. I was wary so checked on Ebay- I found other Fidgetcubes for sale, with the same photos used on Lightbox, for only a few pounds. I went ahead and ordered a cube from the official supplier too. When the two cubes arrived, it was immediately apparent from the packaging that the Lightbox cube was fake- the box was a poor quality copy of the official packaging.
I contacted Lightbox, who denied that their cube was a fake. When I pressed further, I was told my credit card would be refunded. This has not happened, despite two further emails to the site. There has been no further response.
I would not use this site again.
If, following this review, I receive a refund, I will update my review to reflect this.

Item still not arrived.
I ordered a game from this site on the 25th Nov, in plenty of time for a family party on Sat 10th Dec. The delivery said 3-7 days. The order has still not arrived. I have sent a message to costumer services and they have not replied. Do not use this site if as now looking at the review I wish I hadn't.
